This was my first time at an all inclusive. Overall the experience at the hotel has been incredible and the beach even more beautiful! Yanet, Janiris, Yaniris were very kind and gave us excellent customer service! The food was quite good despite what we have heard. Will be back again!

Great hotel. Big room. Nice bars all around. Beautiful beach. Good air conditioner in the room. Good quality of food It was build for a girl to feel like a princess. Internet ?? People kind Only minus is air conditioner at breakfast bar

We travelled to the Paradisus Pricesa Del Mar for our Honeymoon in December of 2023. We stayed in the Royal Service area of the expansive grounds of the Hotel. The rooms very spacious and well appointed with a short walk to the beach or restaurants. The Staff was very friendly and accomodating to our needs and made sure we had the best of time. Our Butler Randy was very good with booking our nightly dinners and handling any concerns and our waitress Belgis at the Miramar was fantastic. Always making sure we had everthing we needed for breakfast and lunch. I would highly recomend taking a Vacation at this resort.

I just returned from Paradisus Princessa del mar. It was my 3rd visit to this resort and I absolutely loved it once again. It was not a lot of guests which made it even more enjoyable. The customer/reservation manager Lisbey was very helpful and accommodated my needs to full extend which made my stay even better. The manager of entertainment team Nayvi is a great singer and great entertainer. You must listen to her singing. I was offered a la cart restaurants for all 7 evenings. The Top Hill restaurant offered the lobster tail dinner ( I had it 3 times). The beach is one of the best, so is water. The room was good and the staff at this resort is very friendly and pleasant. Victor from piano bar was very funny and helpful! I will definitely come again!

Amazing. Personal is so kind and loving and they love helping. They are amazing. Always smiling. The beach is even the most amazing. I loved it. So much fun. And the territory is great as well. Amazing. I love Cuban hotels and people . Thank you
