We had a marvellous time and enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing stay in this beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we received a very courteous service by the General Manager. Fan...tastic pool area and an amazing beachfront just outside the hotel.

Fantastic stay at Paradisus Princesa del Mar in Cuba! The rooms and facilities were excellent, and there was a wide range of entertainment on offer. Everything was spotlessly clean, with friendly staff and... a stunning beach. The director was very attentive, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. Great atmosphere – highly recommended for a perfect holiday in Varadero! ??

An awesome 5 day getaway. Visited in low season. Would have loved to see what the resort is like at almost full capacity as most things were scaled down quite a bit due to occupancy being so low. It was st...ill an awesome trip, Resort was clean but quiet and food was good and plentiful. Very friendly at this Resort. Jean our lobby bartender and Belgis our waitress in Miramar buffet restaurant were outstanding. The Japanese restaurant experience was top notch. Thank you all for making this trip a fantastic one.

I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed this resort. We were looking for relaxation and that’s exactly what we got. Most days it was like we were the only people at the resort. We were very impresse...d with the Hilltop restaurant as it offered fantastic service, great food and an amazing view. Louis and Yosvani at the Japanese restaurant made dinner a really fun experience. From our first breakfast until the day we checked out Belgis greeted us with a smile and always took great care of us. She made us feel at home. My only partially negative comment, would be that the pool closes at 7. With a walkout room an evening swim would have been wonderful. However that did not over shadow the amazing time we had. I will find it difficult to find a better beach anywhere.

rooms were nice on the royal side, beach was good but no bar service, beer or snacks of any kind on or near the beach. most of the restaraunts were closed or we were told were all booked, even though some ...people were able to book. we asked managers, workers, front desk... for help with booking a restaraunt and was told nobody knew how to do it and then were just passed from person to person.food was not bad at all but same stuff everyday. alot of the servers were grumpy. the one guy at the main bar was asked to put on the hockey playoffs and he said no, we offered him a tip and he said he had more money than that and still refused to put it on. pools closed early and you were'nt allowed to go in after hours at all. entertainment was sub par and some shows were canceled. everything shutdown at 11pm. a pond at the front of the resort was stale and green water huge breeding ground for mosquitos, everyone got eatin alive!! i heard alot of other resorts were spraying for the mosquitos. was our 3rd time in cuba and the other 2 resorts mosquitos were minimal compared to this one!
