Attention if dont want to starve dont come to this hotel unless you eat pork . We are curently staying at this resort in room 6134 weve been surviving fruits everything in this resort has pork and we they do offer chicken it’s suck a small quantiy that it’s not enough for everyone and when we ask they brush us off tried to make reservation for Italian so at least we can have pasta to eat it was fully booked till Sunday it’s doesn’t make sense the hotel is super nice clean and the location of the beach is amazing it’s just so sad to see this resort like this like for the love of god even the bread there isn’t enough for all the guests .

It is a hotel specialized in making each one of us, the clients, feel at home. It is a hotel for couples to enjoy, a quiet and very cozy place. I would like to highlight the good service of its waitresses Yanet, Adrianet and Yailenis, very attentive, the truth is.

My husband and I had not been to Cuba in many years and I can honestly say, we were very happy to be back. The beach is beautiful and you can walk a good distance. The hotel was clean and the food was good, but repetitive. That being said, you must manage your expectation regarding the variety of foods offered. They can provide what they don't have. However, you can always find something eat and the a la carte restaurants, especially the Hill Top and Japanese, were good. We recommend the Royal Service because your butler takes care of all your restaurants reservations and any other excursion or activity you want to book. You also get priority times at the restaurants and there is not limit to the amount of times you can have a reservation. We had one every night. The Piano Bar was a great place for an evening cocktail and there was live music almost every night. Yusmila and Victor were amazing and made the Piano bar so much fun. They knew exactly what we wanted to drink and we didn't even have to ask. Yusmila's creative cocktails were great! All of the staff was so helpful and welcoming at all the restaurants and bars in the hotel. If you plan on tipping, please do not tip using toonies or loonies. They can not exchange them at the bank or use them to purchase goods. Bring US $1.00 bills and Canadian $5.00 for tipping. Over all, we had a good experience at the Paradisus and would go back.

After alla carte dinners, we would go to the Piano Bar for a nice relaxing evening served by an amazing bartender Yusmila - thank you ! That was our 2 time at this hotel and forth time in Varadero. Definitely recommend this place. Paolo Toronto, Canada

The best thing about the hotel was its entertainment team. Marialys made us join all the activities and we didn't regret it because we had too much fun. Thank you for the dance classes. Without a doubt, we will see each other again next year. I can't wait to come back.
