Had a really great trip - 4th time to Cuba and after years of hearing that the ‘Royalton is the best’ I can see why. Rooms are outdated but, spacious and the beds were comfortable enough to get a good nigh...t’s sleep! Food was plentiful, service was good but slow. My room did not have a phone to contact my ‘butler’ so, I was given a WhatsApp number but, Wifi wasn’t great and only available in some areas of the resort/in the rooms some days but not on others…made it hard to contact my butler and so I didn’t use this service unless I happened to see him in person on the resort. Beaches are the BEST - didn’t even spend a single moment in the pool!

We are returning from an amazing week. Great food, comfortable rooms and mostly friendly and awesome service. Juan Carlos and the team at the beach bar for diamond club are fantastic, funny and they make ...sure we are looked after! Diamelvis at the lobby bar is a ray of sunshine that will always welcome you with a smile.Darian at the Caribe restaurant provides impeccable and very professional service. J-B is the man at the Pearl!
