Great people great complex at the Royalton and made many friends. Annarella deserves a special shout out for her help, services and assistance. It’s the service that makes it. Room was fantastic and modern... refurbished to a high standard. Loved the pool which was kept very clean and not just the morning, as these guys work all day to keep it clean. Beach and crystal clear water a joy. And great gym on site for those who want to keep fit, definitely going back. When you go visit Havana itself, vibrant with its colour and history on every corner and those cars! Rode around in a 1956 Chevy what a day. If you like music this country has so many talented people who entertain at a really high level. Can’t wait to go back.

This was my second stay with Royalton Hicacos and I can say without any disappointments it was a lovely week. The hospitality and attention to detail from all the staff from the moment I arrived. The effi...ciency from check-in with a welcome drink was like arriving to Fantasy Island. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, along with fresh bedding and towels supplied daily. The air conditioning was in working order and the rooms were spacious and with working tv and stocked mini fridge. Bottles of water were endless. The butler service was exquisite and professional making sure every detail was looked after, including reservations to the many restaurants and spa services. Thank you Leo, Laura, Betty, Alex and Brayan! We enjoyed a cocktail party for returning guests with singers and draw prizes, and SO much food! Then a lobster dinner for another night! We were offered a complimentary catamaran excursion with lunch. Billiards table and ping pong table were available to use as well as gym and fitness facilities. I enjoyed a lovely traditional Cuban massage with rum (not to drink, but used in combination with massage oil) along with a hair service at the spa. The food was plentiful and fresh as were the numerous cappuccino’s and mint in the mojitos. The beaches were cleaned and beach service and towels services was always present. Loungers and sun huts were always available and more being made. The entertainment team was fabulous engaging guests in fun, and the professional dancers and musicians were a nightly pleasure to watch. The property was kept pristine condition and washrooms were always cleaned and stocked. Maintenance and gardening was continuous and everything was done with pleasure for the guests. The honesty of the staff needs to be mentioned as my husband forgot his Panama hat at the beach and it was returned to him by one of the beach attendants before we left. They make you feel like Royalty at the Royalton. It is vacation heaven.

The week was fabulous, our tour by our butler was informative, my room was beautiful and cleaned daily with fresh towels and a towel design with a flower left n the bed! My butler was very courteous and D...iosada provided a personal touch for my birthday, a cake at dinner with a lovely serenade! The hotel provided a bottle of wine as a personal touch! The bar staff were on point with both the drinks and the waiters were always around making sure everything was good and we were happy, the snack shack always had something good to eat, the buffet was gorgeous and tasty, the pools were lovely to swim in, beach is glorious! Shops on location and close to Varadero for the tourist walk! The gardens are so pretty and got constant attention! I felt as though I was a queen for a week! I forgot about stresses and focused on having a great time!

From the moment I stepped foot on the resort.I was greeted with hospitality and smiles... after checking in, we were guided around the resort by our Butler. His name was diosdado.. An amazing man!!! Everyw...here we went, we were greeted with the same hospitality as when we first stepped on the resort... Everything was clean and working.I had no issues.. If I ever did diosdado what's all was around checking up and making sure everything was perfect ....I highly recommend this resort!!!

Had an amazing time at the Royalton. We were made to feel really welcome. Staff were really friendly and so helpful. Shout out to the ladies and gentlemen on the reception desk as they work so hard. All th...e restaurant staff especially the ladies who work in Gratzia at breakfast and lunch. Always smiling. Food was great especially the lobster. Can’t forget the bar staff either. The piano bar was a great find heres to Rodney and the team for making us great cocktails and entertaining us most nights. We had a renovated room which was so nice. Pool was cleaned every day. The gardens were well kept. Would definitely return in the very near future.
