Fantastic experience! great for families. The staff there was great and the food and drinks were delicious. highly recommend staying here. definitely worth a visit. the sushi restaurant is my favorite. the... breakfast buffet is unparalleled
Bad Sales Pitch Tafer Residence Club

We went for the Tafer residence club sales pitch at Garza Blanca Cabo. Arturo was our salesman and we were really impressed by the property. But I read a lot of bad reviews and realized they must have some... staffing problems and some things Tafer promises were not delivered. We said no and were passed to Victor, who tried a high pressure sales pitch. At this point, after hours passed, we were done and just wanted to go but they wanted to keep us there. Finally, after a continuous no from us, they let us go. Victor was angry and he gave me a little piece of paper he tore from the sales sheet and made a snide comment. I’m ok my feelings weren’t hurt but it confirmed my gut feeling that this was a bad deal. Arturo showed us out and asked us to leave a tip for the complimentary drinks they gave us. Who does this??? I’m so happy to avoid this apparent trap. I’m not saying time shares or residence clubs are bad but they can be. I wasn’t convinced Tafer was a good deal but maybe I’m wrong. But based on the treatment I feel relieved not to have to find out the hard way. Also beware, the cancellation limit is 5 days. I asked if we could get activated immediately if we signed the contract. The salesman said no, we would have to wait 5 days. What? This tells me there might be some truth to the reviewers who say they can’t access resorts when they want to. If they really believe in their product, they would extend the cancellation policy beyond the activation period. Just make it ten days and keep activation at 5 days. In other words, put your money where your mouth is and if the product works like you say it does then everyone is happy. But if it doesn’t then the consumer can leave no harm no foul.

Ourbutlers, Daniel and Leo were always eager to help us. They always fulfilled our requests for bookings restaurants, beach cabana and pickle ball and any other needs. All staff were terrific from Metilde..., Ana, Sofia, Sarai in the Spa. Alejandro, Alex and others on the beach. Rebeca at the lobby bar and many more.
Great family trip

This was our second stay at Garza Blanca in Cabo and it was better than the first time. We went with family during our kids spring break and it was a great trip. We enjoyed each of the pools, the kids ha...d fun at the kids club and we enjoyed the dining options. Our favorite restaurant was the Italian restaurant - Noi. Special thanks to the staff who made our stay extra special - Eduardo at Hiroshi, sushi restaurant - amazing server!! Graciela, Christian and Ana - all at Noi, the Italian restaurant Rene at the beachside Loreto - pool server - non-stop service, he was amazing!!!!! Juan Carlos and Noe - bartenders at the pool Karla at the kids club - my children loved her Hugo and Daniella - servers during breakfast

Outstanding team from the restaurants Bocados - Alejandro, Hiroshi - Fernando and Pedro (Peter), to the pool - Guerrero, Aaron and Eduardo, to the spa - Anna, to the butlers - Leo and his team, includin...g Aaron, to house keeping, valet, concierge, sales and management, etc, everyone treated us so special. The property is beautiful, the amenities are fabulous, the food and drinks are delicious and we watched the whales from our room, the spa, the restaurants and the pools everyday. Cabo feels like home away from home because of the wonderful people and environment.
