We had the BEST time at Garza Blanca! The staff, food and hospitality is top notch! The hotel is so clean! There is so much to do! We will be back:) the pools they have were so fun and we loved the adult ...only location. We got married at Garza Blanca and everything turnout beautifully.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite during spring break. The suite was very spacious and beautiful - lots of space in the common areas, the rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen fully stocked. The balcony was... large with a nice hammock. However, we paid extra for ocean view but could see the ocean only from one angle. Our windows directly faced the neighboring building, to the left was the ocean and to the right was the very busy main road. This was problematic because it was noisy - you could hear the traffic from the main road, especially late at night and early morning. I could not sleep well. The front desk manager was terrible - very poor customer service. I requested to change rooms, but every time I went by the front desk, they said the manager was at a meeting and would call me back. Never called me back. On the third day, I sat across from the front desk and told them I will wait till the manager is available - almost an hour and no service - I went back up to the front desk to inquire again - the manager was there and he pretended that no one had told them about me waiting. I was always very courteous so it was frustrating that they would treat their guests this way. Finally got a new room the last night of our stay! This room faced the pool area and it was definitely a much quieter room. However, there were tiny little bugs (smaller than an ant, light-colored - don't know what they were) all over the kitchen - so disgusting. My husband, kids, and I were squashing bugs for a while. When I called the front desk, there were no apologies - they just asked if we wanted the kitchen sprayed in the morning - told them we were checking out the next day and that was that. Before leaving, I visited the women's restroom at the lobby - there was a huge red cockroach in one of the stalls. Maybe this is not uncommon in Cabo? Don't know but it was a surprise to me. Couple other things: - Kids Club has a max of only 15 kids (for the whole resort!) - they open at 9am and by 9:15am, they were full. There was a line before 9am. - Lounge chairs by the pools get taken very early - people put towels and their stuff on it to claim the chairs - by around 8am, most chairs are claimed. - Don't attend the timeshare presentation - seems like a scam (just google it) and there's a lot of pressure to sign - right after checking in, they try to get you to make an appointment and try to persuade you with free perks - don't fall for it. - The food was just okay. The poolside food and drinks were good. The Japanese and Italian restaurants were the best. The Mexican restaurant is very bad. Make reservations weeks before your trip if possible.

I traveled solo for my birthday and booked the One-Bedroom Ocean View King Suite. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked (though I wish alcohol had been included). The rooftop adu...lts-only pool and lounge were a highlight, with amazing views, strong drinks, and relaxing vibes. Room service was fast and accurate, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Dining was mostly excellent: NOI (Italian rooftop) and Blanca Blue (Mexican) were 10/10 experiences. However, my birthday dinner at Bocados Steakhouse was disappointing: rushed service, poor acknowledgment of my birthday, and weak cocktails — not what I’d expect from a steakhouse on a luxury property. Check-in was the biggest pain point: the line was extremely long and slow. For a higher-end resort, a smoother, faster process is expected. That said, Cassandra at the front desk was incredible: professional, warm, and attentive. Chayanne at the entrance was also wonderful throughout my stay. The resort is breathtaking, clean, and perfect for relaxation. They also offer an on-site photography service, which was a huge plus. With small improvements in birthday recognition, check-in efficiency, and steakhouse service, this would be a perfect 10/10 resort.

We were thoroughly impressed. It’s not often experience exceeds expectations! Two families with adult children stayed for 4 nights in a 3 bedroom oceanfront suite. It came with a butler and all inclusiv...e package. The 3 bedroom was clean, large, and had a huge covered balcony with hot tub. We were so taken care of by our butlers, Leo and Sofia. They made sure we always had what we needed and wanted. All the restaurants had delicious food with diverse menus. We 100% recommend this hotel. Definitely consider upgrading to the butler service. You won’t regret it! Thank you Leo and Sofia!

I want to say that Omar and Luis our butlers were outstanding. Garza Blanca is a fantastic resort. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was very nice. Quality of food was great and and the employees work v...ery hard. I have been to all of the Garza Blanca locations and they are all wonderful. Cabo seemed to be understaffed and the employees had a lot of area to cover. We made reservations for each dinner and had to wait each time. Not because the restaurant was full, but due to too few staff. The breakfast setup was odd and a bit confusing. We loved our trip, but we will spend our time at Cancun or Puerto Vallarta.
