We have had a lovely time at the Grand. It's our second visit with our children ages 12/9. The facilities and space to relax are the reason we will return again, but especially the service from all of the staff! A very special thank you goes to our two butlers Ever and Gabriel, who are dedicated and always available, easy to speak to, from fixing dinner reservations, to planning trips and transfers, they have made this trip a particularly relaxing and enjoyable visit. Secondly, to the bar and cafe staff within the diamond lounge, Julio and Laura, we have spend several afternoons relaxing here in the cool, with snooker, snacks and wonderful service, they remember our favorites the moment we walk through the doors! It has been good to see that repairs and maintenance keep the Grand to a high standard, but none of it got in our way from enjoying the resort, we have also visited the Beach Palace, and while the beach is great, is does not compare to the Grand! We used a presidential suites to have more space as a family, and this has worked very well. The app has been updated and we've used it for evening events, planning dinners and looking ahead at menus, very useful and better than before. We look forward to future visits and more happy memories!
Excellent resort, poor spa

Moon Palace the grand has many positives going for it. Very nicely landscaped grounds and good food options. The kids water park is also excellent. Room cleaning are also detailed and prompt. The spa however, is an absolute nightmare. Parents got manicure and pedicures done side by side but one ended 10 minutes earlier than the other. One parent received a foot massage and the other parent did not. We initially booked via email communication with Isaac. Then my wife went in person to the spa to confirm. Turns out, only half of our services got booked. Massages were supposed to follow the mani pedis but the spa front desk never actually booked it. This really soured my parents experience as they were really looking forward to it. Their remedy was to rebook the massage portion during lunch hours which is not ideal for seniors. My wife had to leave mid breakfast to go to the spa to help them sort this out. Then she found out that our spa experience for the following day was also only half booked. Coming to Moon Palance is supposed to be relaxing, not having to miss meals just to sort out administrative mishaps. Excellent vacation marred by bad Spa booking experience.

Everything about this resort is top notch from the food to the service. You even get premium drinks without having to upgrade to ‘diamond club’ like most other resorts. The beds and pillows were crazy comfortable .. we actually wish we could have such good pillows at home. We were nervous due to some negative reviews that we had seen beforehand, but now that we experienced 8 amazing days, we have no idea what anyone could complain about. Would definitely go back. As a bonus, we booked through Expedia and that allowed some perks such as an online concierge that was able to book us our restaurant reservations in advance so we always got in to whichever restaurant we wanted at our desired time. Such a great bonus!! Overall we give the resort and experience 5 stars!
Great Family Resort

We spent a week with our family Dec 11-18th. Proximity to airport is a big deal after a long flight only 10-15 min. The activities for kids are unreal water park has multiple levels for all ages, the dreamery play center itself was worth it for kids, bouncy castle is literally the biggest one I’ve ever seen inside. The circus restaurant was loved experience by our 9 year old. The service food and restaurants are all top notch make sure you use the app and pre order breakfast room service, and book your evening dinners 3 days out! The staff are generally very friendly and helpful I tipped 5$ poolside and $10+ at dinners they are so good and don’t leave you alone when you tip once. I would say we also felt very safe at this resort very secure entrance. The beach is huge and very nice. Top restaurants include the JC steakhouse, le chateau, jade, and the (teppenyaki at sunrise). Now some less desirable, this is a big resort the check in process took longer than one would want getting off a plane and it’s also when they hit you with the palace presentation booking. I’m never a fan of the presentations and it’s a huge part of there business model at this resort you will be asked to go. We got $500 usd credit towards excursions for 90 minutes was that worth my time probably yes. The excursions are generally quite pricey but very well organized. Swimming with Dolphins $450 usd for 3 people, fishing $699 usd for 4 hours. Anything on the resort from a football to a stuffed animal to cheap sunglasses is expensive this is not new just an FYI. We would definatly stay here again with the kids because it’s tailored for families with just enough of all the nice 5 start things (24 hour room service ect)if you want a getaway with your significant other I’d pick a different resort.

Angelica, the manager, provided impeccable hospitality, while Marilu and Alejandro ensured the service was flawless. Alejandro, in particular, is a true professional who deserves a stage at a premier resort like Le Blanc. Chef Niftali’s culinary artistry delivered bold, authentic Mexican flavors that we will remember for a long time. • Jade Asian Restaurant: Jessica, Zuemy, Brian, and Mayra worked together effortlessly to deliver outstanding service. Ignacio, the manager, orchestrated everything perfectly, ensuring an exceptional experience. • Tavolla - Italian Restaurant: Gerardo, Rodiver, and Valeria were absolutely wonderful. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and enthusiasm elevated this Italian feast to one of our most memorable meals. • The Coffee House: Daniel was always cheerful and welcoming, making every visit a pleasure. His skill and creativity shone through in every drink he prepared. Relaxation and Rejuvenation The Spa and Hydrotherapy Center was an oasis of tranquility. Sarai and Carolina Arlen delivered luxurious treatments with skill and care, ensuring we felt completely rejuvenated. The hydrotherapy session was particularly exceptional—a must-try for anyone visiting the resort. A Golfer’s Paradise The golf course at The Grand and Moon Grand is stunning, and the team made our experience outstanding. Ricardo, the manager, ensured everything ran smoothly.
