We had our evening meal in the El Dorado steak house and it was amazing. Shout out to Christian who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He definitely worked hard and made sure all of the tables he was serving were happy. He served quickly and efficiently.

I was surprised how big this resort was, they have golf carts and water taxis running 24/7 which was very helpful. As the resort was so big it was a little confusing at first as there are 3 sections to the resort. 1 section we could use, 1 section if you booked family selection and 1 section if you booked adults only. Also it wasn't really explained where the food/bar areas were or timings on check in. However once the bellboy took us to our room later in the day he explained where things were as we was driving in the golf cart. The room was a good size, comfy bed and mini bar stocked daily. The main pool was spacious, never felt over crowded, always plenty of sun beds and all one depth. There was always something going on in the pool ranging from water aerobics, inflatable obstacle course and volleyball. Food was nice at the resort, in the buffet they had plenty of choice and A La Carte restaurant felt a bit fancier but with smaller portions. There is also a coffee shop with cakes available included. Gym on site was handy for rainy days, it was disappointing that the spa area was an extra cost so we didn't make use of the indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna etc. Staff was always welcoming and friendly.

Manolo was a great server that provided an amazing family dining experience with the exquisite food tasting from chef Nickolas!!! Complements to the CHEF!!! The atmosphere was so welcoming and our table was set up for a family style setting. Highly recommend for everyone!

Arrived last night & not a good start. We arrived to check in exhausted from our flight & given the hard sell to upgrade, not a good first impression. Staff have been friendly which is a positive. Our room overlooking the kids pool smelt musty and was dirty, moved to the back of building 15 but still had marks on bedding and small bits of damage, just doesn't feel nice. We tried the main family pool It was very shallow and made it hard to have a nice chilled swim , and lots of loud people around the swim up bar . Visited the main buffet, had not been open long but some food was already cold, it all seemed bland & cheap quality. Have been to Bhaia & Sandos and they were outstanding, so we know a good standard. So for 11 days 5 adults have to deal with one large shallow family pool unless we upgrade . First impressions not good ??

Bhogali Restaurant is the BEST restaurant on property...thanks to Chef Deepak...absolutely amazing service, out of this world food, great ambiance, and wonderful hospitality. If you're staying at this resort, make sure to book a dinner here...you will be very glad you did!
