Amazing experience at Hilton Mar Caribe, food was great, atmosphere impeccable. Restaurants on the 6th floor have a waiting bar in order to have a cocktail before dinner. The hospitality and great cocktails wouldn’t be the same without the duo of bartender Levi and Ramses, making us smile and providing with a great experience. Go visit??
A great vacation experience

Our stay exceed our expectations. This is our second time coming as a family with toddlers to this lovely resort. From the moment we arrived to the resort to our last moments before leaving. All staff were nice and caring. We stayed around 10 days at the resort. The rooms were always maintained with housekeeping staff cleaning and refreshing up the rooms. The property is kept nice and everyone is welcoming. Food was amazing. Service at the buffet was always great, they went above and beyond for you to feel welcome. A little shoutout to Alex at the buffet as for he always was willing to provide us the best experience during our visits to the buffet. The Flama restaurant was a hit as well. They are only open on weekends but we were grateful to get in and try it out. Will definitely be returning to this resort in the future. Highly recommend this resort for families with kiddos and also for couples who are okay with little kiddos saying Hi and being around the resort.

Great stay. We booked an oceanfront enclave room, which was beautiful. Food was very good for an all inclusive. Steak restaurant was not great but the Italian restaurant was very good. Buffet managed well, they had different items each day for lunch. The evening buffet with the "Brazilian" steakhouse concept did not work so well, the resort was not full at the time we visited but there was not enough staff coming around with the meat to manage the guests. The enclave rooftop was wonderful great staff and the separate pools were a nice addition. The beach was beautiful, lots of chairs and sunbeds. Overall I would stay here again without hesitation.

The perfect girls trip away, felt so looked after by all of the staff, and a special shout out to Carlos M at the pool bar who was exceptional - really looked after us and made sure we were never short of tequila or lemon drops!! This team member is a credit to Hilton - keep hold of him!
Good quality option for family all-inclusive

Stayed six nights redeeming Hilton points for a family trip with a 10 and 12 year old. Have Diamond status, was upgraded prior to arrival from Oceanview room to a Pool Patio suite. This was great for us, instead of two queen beds in a standard size room with a nice view balcony we got a 1BR suite with two twin Murphy beds in the spacious living/dining room. Best of all, walking 10 steps to the pool from your room sure beats hauling pool/beach stuff down elevators and stairs. Rooms felt recently renovated. The restaurants were all good, its an all inclusive so I don't expect 5 star dining just good quality which it is. Some complaints were heard about the basic poolside food, but basic burgers/pizza/etc is what you'll find at an outdoor snackbar. Making reservations is important, it opens 48 hours before hand so we'd do so everyday for two days in advance. Entertainment staff works really hard all day/night long to make things fun, Arturo and Whisky knew our names after the first day. Free kids club seemed good option for young kids, my kids were a little old and didn't want to stay. Unfortunately the beach was red flagged all 6 days since the waves and winds were so bad, still took walks everyday on the beach. Overall the resort is clean, well maintained, the restaurants and 24 hour coffee shop met our needs, and it was a fun/relaxing place to spend several days
