Giancarlo was awesome. He made great speciality drinks. The resort is peaceful and clean. Food was good. The pools are so clear. Drinks and food around the clock. They need a better teen club, meaning more appealing to 15 year old youth. Everyone is friendly

Such a great presentation from Ramses, Leal and Levi for the mixology class. Very knowledgable. Learned a good amount and get to get a couple of drinks during the class. Definetly a great way to start the afternoon and the night away at this hotel.

Just returned from a trip with my husband, 6 year old daughter, and 10 year old son. We had such an amazing time!!!! All of the restaurants were delicious, and service was great. But the one thing that will keep us coming back was the entertainment staff. My kids LIVE for the entertainment at all-inclusive resorts, and this Hilton was top notch. They had such fun activities at the pool throughout the whole day, my kids didn’t even want to leave the resort for fear of missing out! They also did a great job of keeping the party going at night, and making the shows/parties super fun for both adults and children. After day one they already knew our names and continued to engage with us our whole trip and it just made our vacation that much more fun. Thank you to all of the entertainment staff: Javi, Jona, Jesus, Tony, Arturo, Whiskey, Angel, Bruno, Christian, Dagoz, and especially Santos and Kax!!! Also I wish I had gotten their names, but the girls working in the kids club were so sweet and amazing, my daughter would beg to go there everyday! They did so many fun activities with the kids! Shout out to the pool bartenders as well, Levi, Chacon, and Ignacio. Always so friendly and made the best drinks. Highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to go back next summer!

Me and my friend recently stayed here for a week and it was absolutely gorgeous! When we arrived we were greeted by Alan G at the reception desk who checked us in and guided us through upgrading our room and was definitely the best decision we could’ve made thanks to him!!! He recommended and suggested a list of places to visit and things to do in Cancun which was extremely helpful during our stay. We would have been lost without his suggestions and kindness as he was very attentive to us during our stay. We won’t forget our time spent here and hope to be back soon! Shoutout to Alan for everything!

We had an amazing time! Everything from airport pick up on arrival to airport drop off. The hotel is clean. Beds are comfortable and food is good. The staff is extremely friendly. The bellboys, Vincente and Santos, are great and accommodating. Our check in/check out was a breeze with Allan G. Allan is friendly and professional. Entertainment is fantastic. The crew, Bruno, Santos, Arturo and Cristian are AMAZING!!! Also, at the buffet, Maria Guadalupe is AMAZING. After the 1st day, she knew our breakfast order. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.
