The resort is really nice. I don’t like the fact that they close everything at 11 so that was the downer part. The checking takes way too long. It’s very nice cause you have snacks and everything in the en...clave, which is what we had but it takes way too long to check in Another thing that I did not like was that when you check out you only have a one hour grace period and after that you have to pay $10 an hour if you’re transportation is not there within the hour, so I did not like that every other resort that I’ve been to You can wait with a different type of band that says that you’re just their temporary. I do have to say that we loved our experience with the concierge jarlin he was amazing went above and beyond took great care of us. We asked for suggestions to go out because it was my birthday and he recommended porfirios and we had a waiter called Joaquin. He was amazing great food, and great service and he also recommended to take the xcaret fairy to Isla Mujeres, he really really stood out. That was my favorite part his hospitality if you are going with family and not planning to party, it is a great resort, but if you’re looking to have a great fun time after hours, not a good one.

Unforgettable Vacation at Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe! We spent a week at Hilton Mar Caribe and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the very first day, we were blown away by the nightly entertainmen...t—there was something fun and exciting to enjoy every evening. The daytime activities were also well-organized and engaging. We’d like to give a special shout-out to Santos, Cristian, León, Tony. Aldo, Rain and DJ Parker, Dagon and Jesus who made our vacation extra special with their energy, kindness, and dedication. They truly created unforgettable moments for our entire family. We also want to highlight the excellent service we received at the restaurants each night. Julio and Gabriel, our servers, were always friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great dining experience. The food was delicious, with a lot of variety and high quality. We were more than satisfied! Thank you to the entire team at Hilton Mar Caribe for making our vacation such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

I do not often stay at all inclusive resorts but generally as expected the restaurants were very good alternatives to the primary buffet we enjoyed the oceanfront room as part of the enclave package which ...enhanced our experience. The staff throughout we're all great some exceptional standouts included: Elondra checked us in and immediately made a great impression. I had made an error on my original booking, but she handled the situation with such ease and professionalism. Her positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and willingness to help turned a stressful moment into a smooth and pleasant experience. She is a wonderful representative of your brand, and I was genuinely grateful to have been checked in by her. Abraham was equally amazing. While we were trying to secure dinner plans, he stepped in to assist and not only helped us get the reservation we wanted for that evening, but also recommended and secured another fantastic reservation for the following night. His helpfulness, attention, and enthusiasm truly enhanced our stay—he's an outstanding ambassador for the hotel. Luz, the breakfast hostess, was a delight each morning. Despite the constant flow of guests during breakfast hours, she welcomed everyone with a warm smile and managed everything with grace and efficiency. Her consistency and friendliness did not go unnoticed and made our mornings that much more enjoyable. Each of these individuals played a special role in making our visit exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail are a true credit to your team. Thank you!
