The resort is beautiful but the restaurants leave a lot to be desired. We are diamond members and have stayed at hundreds of hilton properties and this is one of the worst for food. The buffet was a poor showing and the booked restaurants where even worse. Out of the four restaurants the asian was the most bearable. For an all inclusive you will have to go out to find good food.

Arturo entertainment is very nice. The shows are very fun and entertaining. I enjoyed them all of the time.The food is very good. The volleyball is a really fun game and a good way to get you moving and active while having fun. The water polo also.

Enclave club was amazing, the service was great, Orlando and chief Mauro the bar crew were just absolutely amazing and attentive! The downstairs pool bar was amazing, Marco made the best drinks and shots! When first arriving Alberto who checked us in was so nice and happy and super helpful with all out questions and helped us with any inconvenience and handled it with such care! 10/10 Out in the pool area was Alberto! Such an amazing personality, so out going and great with the crowd! Made the experience there so much more enjoyable!!

Excellent servers, very attentive and friendly. The seafood is amazing at the Chala Sky Lounge with the server Orlando & Mauro who elevate the dinning experience even more! Love the games that Arturo & Christian plan for everyone at the pool. The bartender Marco near the pool bar makes amazing drinks! Such a great experience from check in to check out with Alberto going above & beyond for customers.

Chef Osbaldo , server Francisco and pools manager Richy surprised us with an amazing full red snapper cooked to perfect while the family rented the poolside Cabana. It made our day! Very nice surprise and delicious food. They were very friendly!
