Decent stay

We had a decent stay at the Hilton with a few hiccups. We were given a room that backed on to where the buses pickup employees, and they would wait below our room. It was quite nosey there, as the buses and trucks would beep and back up in the middle of the night. The worst part of our stay - We were given a connecting room and you can hear absolutely everything through the walls. There was a couple that came back to their room at 2 am from the Santa Party (adults party) that was being hosted. They got into a LOUD and terrible fight. I heard the man throwing and slamming things in the room. I also believe he hit her during their fight. I ended up calling it in, as I know others did as well. They received multiple complaints. The hotel did not do anything about it. I would have thought they would ask the couple to leave. Instead, we were offered to change rooms at 3 am, which is not something I wanted to do. Why should I have to pack up all my belongings and move rooms when the other couple is causing a huge scene? I ended up having to give in as I'm pregnant and needed sleep, and ended up moving. We had 10 minutes to pack our things, and we were escorted to another room. The hotel did not give us a nicer room or anything as compensation. I do understand that the domestic violence dispute was not their fault, but being woken up 2-3 am while trying to get sleep pregnant, and then having to pack up and move was a huge disappointment. Overall, we had a OKAY stay. We've had better buffet food and entertainment at other resorts. The buffet food was not very good - one manned cooking station. Same food every day for breakfast. La Luce was our favourite restaurant (went twice), and Auma. Maxal was meh. We would have liked to see more options at the coffee shop - iced coffees, frappes, more food options. It was not very lively - it seemed like there were not many people staying at the resort (beginning of December 2024). Public bathrooms looked beautiful but often times we would go in and not find a single flushed toilet. They were not cleaned as regularly as we would have liked. Other guests did not flush the toilets (not sure why). The employees were really the highlight of our stay. We brought our dog with us, and all of the employees knew her by name and would greet her and pet her. It meant a lot to us! We'd walk into the buffet, and all the servers would yell out her name as she came in with a smile. I did really enjoy that they allowed our dog to come stay with us. She was allowed at the pool and sat with us in a lounge chair. Every restaurant had an outdoor eating area, so we could bring her to eat with us. She never spent any time in the room! We had amazing 2 week holiday at the Hilton all inclusive resort. The hotel is lovely, cleaned to a high standard, we had a lovely spacious room, comfy beds. A nice gym. The food here is AMAZING! The buffet is plentiful & varied, the a la carte restaurants are delicious! We never experienced a bad meal. The staff are all very attentive and friendly. Our 2 daughters LOVED the kids club, the girls in the kids corner take great care of the kids and have lots of fun activities on for them. They even made our daughter’s birthday special with a little party & cake. Some great entertainment, we didn’t stay up overly late in the evenings however we did go to the silent disco and glow party which were fantastic fun! We would definitely return, this resort ticked a lot of boxes for us as a family. Thank you to all who made our holiday so memorable.
Great Service at Hilton Cancun

Our stay at the Hilton Cancun was made much better thanks to Diego at the front desk. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure we felt taken care of. While the resort itself is comfortable with all the essentials for a relaxing getaway, it’s really the staff like Diego who elevate the experience. If you’re looking for attentive service, you’ll find it here!

Diego hooked us up with wonderful service! The amenities were clean and we felt well taken care of. This is our second time staying on the resort. I will definitely be coming back to stay. I love the view and we got our own swimming pool as well. Heaven

Today, December 14, 2024, I took my first yoga in person class in my life with Susana. She was excellent instructor. She was observant of the participants to ensure each of us executed the correct form and provided modifications to the different poses based upon each individual's ability. This resort offers exercise classes, 8 restaurants, multiple pools and hot tubs, and access to the beach.
