Service was grat. The staff were always so helpful. Food was great too Amenities are very good. The gym is well equipped I Loved the pilates class with Susana. Susana is very patient and she made the class very fun and engaging. Will definitely come back
Amazing for families

We just got back from an amazing family trip to the Hilton Cancun. The food was better than most all inclusives of this type, so we were pleasantly surprised. But what makes this place special are the staff. Pedro Kinilmat the pool went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and anticipated our every need. He made every day amazing. The entertainment team deserves a gold medal, especially Diego, who my 2 boys were convinced was their new best friend. They were all so sweet and fun, they danced with my boys and also made the vibe fun for the adults. Every waiter we had was friendly and eager to help us. The room and views were stunning and the nightly entertainment was a blast. Shoutout to the glow party, which was our favorite!!!
