Amazing experience with the incredibly friendly Many!

Many was an absolute delight! He genuinely cares that you're having a good time and is so attentive. We were a big group of at least 20 people that he seamlessly took care of. Drinks were prompt and we had an amazing time. Unforgettable trip!!!

I had a wonderful time! The only issue I had was that there was confusion about restaurant hours. They weren't all clearly marked, at times conflicted with the app and I got a couple conflicting messages from employees. Aside from that, all the hotel and auxiliary employees were very helpful in-person and on the phone. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet offerings at Maxal, the balcony in my hotel room and I loved Susy's morning yoga classes! If I come back again, I'll definitely take more advantage of the partnership with the Waldorf Astoria for the spa services; I missed out on that!
