Another great Allegro Cozumel vacation! In all my years here I have never seen the sea so beautiful! The room was amazing, clean, cool and comfortable. Gustavo in the first club provided excellent check in... service and reservations. Christian, Luis, Omar and Henri made sure we had the best drinks and service around the pool and in the first club. The waiters in the buffet and restaurants were exceptional, thank you to Osman, Felix, Luis, Roberto, Simon Floricel and all the waiters who are all so helpful and friendly. Question or concerns about the resort were addressed by Germano and Astrid, the managers on duty. They took the time to walk around the resort daily and were very approachable for anything you wanted to talk with them about. I look forward to seeing them all in 2026!

I visit Cozumel several times a year and stay at the Allegro. The beach is beautiful and the people are wonderful. The premium section staff are amazing! Omar, Luis and Alfredo always take care of us and a...re so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and I love the ProDive shop on site. Always my go to vacation when I need a beach get away.

Buenisimo! Equipo divertido como angel y david. M if has actividades divertidos! Mucha comida todo el tiempo, dj es muy bueno. There is a little town too that’s super cute with stores and can rent cars to... go around the island, paddle board and go on excursions

This is a very organised, well run resort on the beautiful Island of Cozumel. All who work here are friendly, helpful and have a great sense of humour. Nothing is too much trouble. The snorkelling it incre...dible, it is the first time we have done it and it was beyond beautiful. The boat trip itself was amazing, our hosts were wonderful! The water is warm and the colours are amazing.

Remind people that the upper rooms have thatching not a solid ceiling. Smoking only permitted on decks of ground floor rooms. Designated smoking areas in full sun.
