Another wo perfume year!

The entertainment team rocks- David for stretching Diego and Diego for water aerobics, Sarah for water volleyball. Thanks to Angel and Martin for my fresh towels! Food was great- Florian, Luis, Wilma, Osca...r, Omar, Alfredo Luis and Juan Carlos- they all make lunch, dinner and cocktails fun! Love this place- great snorkel trips- diving is awesome! Definitely coming back next year!

The staff were very helpful and friendly, The wine was very nice, beach was soft underfoot, great to snorkel right off the beach, i enjoyed the variety of meals. The buildings are older but well mainta...ined. The AC worked and always had hot water

Family trip

We met family for a week at Allegro. We all loved the resort. Loved the beach! Always plenty of chairs at any time of the day. Very nice pools. It is a small resort which we all liked also. The grounds are... kept up very well. Plants and flowers are beautiful. Rooms are a little small, but we are never in our room anyways so didn't bother us. Food was good not exceptional. Hibachi grill was really good and fun!! Lunches were always good. Had a great relaxing week and would definitely go back!

DISASTER AT ALLEGRO

Booked a stay at Allegro Through Priceline and it was a disaster. At check in reception told us none of our three rooms had been paid and to stay we would need to put all three on a credit card full rate ...almost $7000, after 4 hours on phone with Priceline and front desk we had no choice and nowhere to go we had to pay. We are thankful we had a Spanish speaking member of our family because of all the horrible things the reception people were saying about us in Spanish. By middle of stay we thought it was resolved but only two rooms were paid not third, and my wife was on the phone with Priceline EVERYDAY and at dealing with rude front desk. At checkout we were told we owed for one room $2240 and we couldn’t leave resort until it was paid. Priceline told my wife that they had tried multiple times and Allegro had stopped try to access the payment from them and stopped taking Pricelines calls. They brought out security, followed us across street to taxis and they told the taxi company not to give us a ride anywhere and they didn’t. After more threats of police involvement I had to make the payment so we could leave the resort and catch our flight. I have never felt more threatened in my life. Allegro charged my card and I am left dealing with Priceline for a refund since all of this should have been taken care of before we ever arrived as it was prepaid 11 months in advance. Shame on both parties. Allgro is not worth any amount, the food in buffet was horrible and I’m not picky. Majority of the service was bad the front desk the worst, rooms dirty, damp run down and beds uncomfortable. We will never return to Allegro or use Priceline ever again.

Excellent stay, beautiful beach!

Great place to relax for the week. Beach is beautiful! Food was great. Very clean resort. I would definitely return here. I’ve been to 8 different resorts on various islands and Allegro Cozumel is one of t...he best I’ve visited.
