Hotel deserves zero points!!! Definitely not a five star hotel

Absolutely terrible service. I experienced multiple issues in my room and requested a room change, but the front desk staff was completely indifferent. When I asked to speak with a manager, a woman named D...anique, who introduced herself as the general manager, came. Her attitude was incredibly condescending and dismissive. She said there were no available rooms and that she would send a technician—who showed up but did absolutely nothing. If you encounter a problem at this hotel, don’t expect any help. The general attitude is “deal with it.” No one tries to solve anything. The service overall is zero stars. In the main restaurant, there are dirty tables everywhere, and you have to run around with your plate trying to find a clean spot. Staff at the bars are completely uninterested, just playing with their phones. There’s no management presence anywhere. To top it off, the hotel feels like a zoo—pigeons and rats are everywhere. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel and will never return.

Enjoyed the stay with wonderful meals and drinks, which were plentiful and delicious. The wind helped keep the heat at bay and it was so pleasant sleeping on the beach. The atmosphere was very laid back wi...th no crowds at the bars or beach. An added benefit, we spent an informative evening with ambassador Ray who was a delight.
