I have stayed here several times and I am always impressed with the level of service I receive. This trip I had several family members all converging in Fort Lauderdale for a vacation. Raul was soo helpful... in making sure rooms were on the same level and we had everything we needed to make a memorable get together. Upon check in, we upgraded to the EWOW which was just AMAZING! (highly recommend) After we upgraded, staff made sure my other room was on the same level. The room provided LOTS of space to relax and socialize. We also indulged in a Bungalow at the pool which was great for the family. (pretty loud on the weekends though) Thank you isn't enough! I'm looking forward to the next time I can visit! Richard was great! He was so helpful and attentive to our groups needs. Would come back only for Richard. Constantly checked on us and was always friendly! Richard rocks! Wohoo Richard! He was very helpful... with giving us recommendations too!
