The Outrigger is fantastic! From the moment you arrive you are greeted by the friendly Valets, then to the check in staff, the maids know you by name once you are in your room. Location is unbeatable and The many restaurants here are great. We love Dukes and the staff there. Can’t say enough about the place

Ricky was Amazing upon arrival, Ashley at Dukes was Amazing, John at Hula Grill was Amazing, Gigi at Discovery was Amazing, pool/towel guy was Amazing, housekeeping was Amazing. Felt like Ohana did not want to go home! We will be here every October, as 10/19 is our Anniversary. Aloha Mahalo until next time!

Every one smiles no grumpies. It’s on the beach which is big.The shops are nice and priced as good as any other hotel.Check out the club level which is not crazy expensive but has some really nice perks.Would absolutely stay there again.Just a short walk from the hotel to the ocean,come back rinse off and jump in the pool.It doesn’t get any better.Was in Hawaii years ago and stayed at a much larger hotel and believe me this is better hands down.

Great service and a picturesque location. The staff made us feel like home. Wonderful shopping. We will definitely be staying here again when I return to Hawaii. Valet attendants were wonderful and funny. Pool staff is very nice. Restaurants are amazing.

We were welcomed by Grace at the front desk and she was so cordial & friendly. We were in Honolulu for an event so slept over for the night. We had one maintenance issue and we. Called the front desk and the maintenance man was there in less than 5 minutes! I felt a lot of aloha and our room was spotless & comfortable!
