Mostly a family place to escape. Does not cater to couples very well. LOTS of kids. Grounds are clean. Staff is friendly, beach is gorgeous!! Resteraunt food is great but buffet is very mediocre

I received the most amazing massage; I felt relaxed and really enjoyed the soft music. My Masseuse was very professional and hit all of the muscles that I needed worked on. After we got some refreshing mint water! Definitely recommend!!!!!

Azaleia y Brenda eran dan buenas en su trabajo y muy amables!!!!!!!!! Lo recomiendo venir she made sure I was comfortable the whole time and asked how she was massaging was a good speed and strength I highly recommend I came with a friend !!!!!

Very fun and entertaining… the host and staff including Antonio, Daniel and Ronaldo are very fun and get you interacting in all the activities Barcelo has to offer. Food is amazing, drinks are amazing all around we had a great time! Would definitely be back again!!!!
The process of check in is slow, and they try to give you one of the worst rooms first. Speak up.

AC not working and they made us spend time at the room to check if it was resolved. It didin't work and we end up with a room with 2 full size beds for a 6ft 3" man. The receptionist very rude. Other than that is an average place to stay.
