This is only for Cecilia from the gift shop was great. She provided amazing service and friendly, courteous, did her best to make our purchase a good experience. More info to come later. Making a list nex...t might not be a 5 start. Still 2nd day out of 14. We’ll see if they correct anything.

Beautiful but could use some improvements. We always could find a lounger at the pool or on the beach.

We definitely recommend this hotel but if you don't like to be around smokers then you won't like it here. They basically welcome it with ashtrays on every outside table at the lobby bar but with the doors... wide open the smoke is blown inside. We were ocean front premium on the 11th floor. Room was great and bed was very comfortable. We ate at every restaurant except the Japanese and the food was great. Staff are very friendly and welcoming but kudos to Marcelo and Ramone who went above and beyond. Poolside games are great for the people who choose to be poolside but they need to take away their whistles because it's very annoying when we just wanted to eat lunch. Beach is awesome and was able to get chairs every day .

Overall was a nice place to stay with great proximity to off resort amenities. Awesome beach front property. Staff was fantastic. We were all inclusive. The only problem I saw was this resort allows a ...day pass. So visitors from other resorts and locals paid a fee $70 to get all inclusive amenities. So it got extremely busy on a few days with locals and people using the facilities that were staying at different hotels. It was to the point overcrowded
