Absolutely amazing- went for honeymoon. The staff was incredible, thank you SO MUCH to Chelsea by the pool who was so kind to us. Truly a phenomenal experience. Once in a lifetime. Maybe twice if you can a...fford it lol thank you for the best week of our lives.

My wife and I stayed at Fairmont Orchid for five nights in early April, 2025. We loved it! The service from everyone was immaculate. Barbie, the manager, took care of an issue we had and made us very happy... with our stay! She’s one of the best managers, if not THE best, we’ve ever encountered at first class hotel or resort anywhere in the world. We would stay at this Fairmont anytime we have an opportunity to return to the Big Island. And we would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

The Fairmont Orchid was fabulous!! For all the places we have visited the Orchid is the first resort we would return to for another stay. Kudos to everyone that works so hard there, the Orchid has a great... team. We would like to give a special shout out to our housekeeper ‘YeshKamar’. He worked so hard and was so friendly and pleasant, with a big smile on his face everyday.

We just returned from a fantastic four night stay at the Fairmont Orchid. The hotel and guest rooms are beautifully updated. We stay at many high end properties and this one did not fail to impress. We wer...e greeted by the hotel manager upon check-in, given early access to our rooms, and enjoyed the beautiful lagoon and pool daily. We visited the four seasons down the road, and frankly were glad we chose to stay at the Fairmont. It's just a much more impressive and inviting property. Food options were great, and reasonably priced (for Hawaii). I would not hesitate to stay here again! - Thank you Fairmont
