The rooms all have codes and they assigned us a room that already had people in it. We just walked on in to all of their stuff, though they were out. The hotel acted like it was our fault and told us they... were booked solid and couldn't give us another room. Like, we're gonna share a bed with strangers. It was absolutely ridiculous and so unsafe. They finally found us a room, but acted like we were the problem. It was hard to feel safe afterward when we know they just give out codes and dont seem to take safety seriously

Hotel needs to warn guests about no elevators up front. We arrived to our room to find hair in the tub and sand on the floor from previous occupants and housekeeping wouldn't come to clean up after 1st ni...ght. Worst of all, A/C stopped working 1st night and office informed us no would could help after 5 PM so we had to sweat it out the 1st night.

This was a great place for our vacation. Our room was fantastic, located on the ground floor and right on the beach. We watched whales in the ocean right from our patio. We could not have had a better time.... We did go tubing in the mountains and saw some amazing scenery.

Very pleasant hotel on the beach, good location to visit north, west coast and canyon, beautiful garden, restaurants and shops at walking distance, swimming pool and bar pleasant, bed very confortable, som...e dishes so you can use the barbecue and eat in the room

We stayed for three nights, and everything was fantastic. I truly appreciate the birthday upgrade I requested for my wife, which she didn't know about. On top of that, she received a box of chocolates as a... gift, and at first, she wasn’t sure what it was for until she read the note. The upgraded room was incredible, and we were both amazed that, from the moment we went to sleep to when we woke up, we could hear the ocean waves. The entire property was spotless, and the front desk staff—no matter the time of day—was always friendly and welcoming. There was always a parking spot available, and the area felt safe with plenty of things to do. We’ll definitely be back!
