My husband and I came here for our 33rd anniversary. The hotel was beautiful and the grounds were very well looked after. The water was incredible. We went snorkeling for the first time and it was brilliant! We're looking forward to doing it again. The staff is very friendly and the butlers were great. Before we got there, we were assured that our preferences would be taken into account. We were left only one bottle of wine in the room. The tea wasn't restocked either. I did say several times that I was diabetic, yet the lovely snacks provided by the butlers weren't things I could eat. I'm wondering why they bother asking what our preferences are. The buffets were outstanding! We really enjoyed all the different choices. The food in the restaurants we went to were mediocre. Butch's was very surprising with cold food. We were expecting better. The English Pub became our favourite place to eat because we knew the food would be good and hot. I usually enjoy Sandals resorts so I'm hoping they just had an "off" week.
