Terrible experience. Food was not great, most resturant serivce was bad and the butlers were subpar. Butlers never met us for our reservations which is fine but claimed they would. Always felt like we were an after thought for beach drinks and activities. The Cucina Roman was the worst resturant, food undercooked and waitress never came back to fill drinks or check on our meal. We had ants almost everyday in our room no matter how many times maintenance claimed they came by. Even the coffee was subpar. This was our 4th Sandals experince and really turned us off the brand.

The staff was incredible, music and entertainment was fun, singers and dancers were incredible, food was 100% on point, and the ocean and view was to die for! Great visit!
