Love, love, love this resort. Friendly staff make you feel like family. If you like to scuba dive, this is the place to be. The dive crew is the absolute best! Many thanks to Brian, Sam, Damian, Wenzel, Taj, Cruz. The spa is lovely! If you want a body scrub I recommend Anne-Marie - I would go back just for that experience! Tonia, Jahmelia and Kayden also did a fine job with facials and other body treatments. We loved the attentiveness of our butlers Jackie, Paula and Henry. Such a treat to be waited on! Many thanks to Keno for transportation and the warmest hugs on the island! Just love getting away to relax and be pampered.

We had a very good time but experienced some minor issues with service levels. We ere in the West building and although our room was was comfortable is looked a little tired. Service generally we felt was below average for a Sandals resort although some were brilliant. I would particularly commend Phil and Paul in the pub and Phil and Jason in the piano bar, who were exemplary. The Piano bar was our firm favourite with massive thanks to Leo, the entertainer in the Piano Bar who was amazing and gave us many memorable evenings. The food was of a good standard, but I would really wish there was a salad bar (like the one in St Vincent) and more salad options on the menus, particularly with main courses. I don't want to eat mashed potato and hot vegetables every night in 75 degrees.
