Great Experience

Navigator624851 on Apr 23, 2025

Homewood Suits is our favorite hotel near Disneyland. We have stayed at many. The rooms are clean and spacious and the employees are always so nice and inviting. Jasmine who works the complimentary breakfa...st area is amazing. She is sooo sweet to my kids and really makes our mornings extra special. She remembers us everytime we stay. Jeovanni at the front desk is also extreamly nice and always great to talk to. Both make us feel welcome everytime.

Our home for Spring Break 2025 didn’t disappoint

DouMau (Virginia Beach, Virginia) on Apr 23, 2025

We stayed here for 4 nights during our Son’s school Spring Break. Awesome staff who were very welcoming and polite. Breakfast was free. Parking is $32 and if you return late, spaces are limited. Just check... with the front desk if you have a problem, they are will find you a spot. The gym and pool are both nice. There’s a putt putt golf course and basketball court also. You have to walk to the Disneyland shuttle, but it’s close, next to the property.

Fantastic quick trip!

Travelers0076 (Suffolk, Virginia) on Apr 20, 2025

We flew into LA and chose to stay at this Homewood for two nights to take our kids to Disneyland. From the reception to the breakfast, our stay was wonderful. We had a huge room with plenty of space to spr...ead out, beds were comfy and breakfast had a great variety of options. The employees that run breakfast...from replenishing food to cleaning was amazing. It was extremely busy when we were there and there was a dance competition and choir one too with so many people and kids. The employees did not miss a beat and were very friendly and kind. Additionally, the location is perfect! A short walk to the toy story parking lot to catch the buses to Disney. We didn't have to drive at all as there are also many great places to eat all around. I highly recommend this hotel in Anaheim!

Room for improvement

MWSki (Salt Lake City, Utah) on Apr 11, 2025

After reading many positive reviews, we decided this would be a great place to stay during our Disney vacation. However, this hotel leaves much to be desired with room for improvement. Pros: We appreciate...d the family suite floor layout, as you do not hear much hallway noise in the bedroom area. The bunkbeds were functional, although the top bunk was hard to get in and out of for younger children and so close to the ceiling that an older child could not sit up without bumping their head. The kitchen and full-size refrigerator were great, and a separate family area was nice for our family of five (5). The breakfast foods are changed daily and offer a good selection. The breakfast area is large and open. All of the breakfast staff were AMAZING! They worked hard, refilling things often, cleaning tables and floors in record time, and were extremely kind and helpful. The walk to the Toystory parking lot was easy and convenient. The pool area is only okay. It is clean (the water was COLD), although the pool towels are worn, thin, and were not refilled very often. Cons: The front desk staff was anything but friendly and/or helpful. They appeared to be bothered and put out anytime we stopped by the front desk for any reason. A smile, a cheerful good morning, or a welcome back shout-out goes a long way to help your guest feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel website says it has been renovated, although I don't know how recently. The carpet in the guest rooms is dirty! After bathing our children, their bare feet were filthy after walking from the bathroom to the family area. Don't forget you must request room service the night before for your room to be "refreshed" the following day. This does not include vacuuming of any kind during the entire stay. Sheets are thin, worn, and were not changed even when requested. Most of the pillows are awful and lumpy. There are no kitchen towels to wash anything with, so you must use the bathroom towels. You receive a set of four (4) bath, hand, and face towels, even though the family suites sleep up to seven (7), so you must request additional towels as needed. The bathroom sink is open to the bedroom, so the lights wake everyone up when turned on. The ice machine on the 5th floor did not work during our 7-day stay, nor was there a sign telling guests that it was out of order for most of our stay. The ice machine on the 4th floor was being repaired, so the 3rd floor ice machine received a lot of use. The extra room in the family suites was appreciated, but we were unimpressed and will not stay here again. In my opinion, this is a budget hotel with a lot of room for improvement.

Good location and bedroom, LOVELY staff

BarbL114 (Silver Spring, Maryland) on Mar 22, 2025

A really lovely stay. I was in town for a conference at the convention center, which was an easy walk. My room looked north, which meant that I got to enjoy the fireworks from Disneyland every night. The f...ront desk staff were all incredibly lovely. Breakfast varied every day (though waffles, among others, were always available). The bed itself was quite comfortable, and I appreciated that the layout of the suite shielded the bedroom from hallway noise. A number of options for food and convenience stores were reasonably close.
