I'm not easy to please, but I was very impressed with this Homewood Suties for our visit to Disneyland. First, the location was excellent. As 95% of hotel guests are going to Disney, the hotel is right next to the giant Toy Story parking lot for Disneyland ... so we stay parked at the hotel and simply walked <5 mins to the parking lot, went through their security line, and got on the bus. The bus then drops you off inside Disney, avoiding the huge line of security at Disneyland. And you simply go thru the ticket line which there was no wait at all. Second, the breakfast was great and quick. I was initially worried about a huge line at breakfast with everyone's mad dash to get to Disneyland, but the breakfast area was huge. Plenty of seating and little to no wait for getting food. Each morning we had no problem getting food and finding a table (we went to breakfast between 6:30 and 7:15am each day). Third, the room was clean and spacious and they brought us a roll away bed, which was quite comfortable. I usually make the children sleep on the roll away, but this time I slept on it and it was quite comfortable. Finally, when calling down for extra towels, etc, the service was prompt. Again, I don't usually give five starts, but this hotel is definitely worth it.

I was so disappointed with our stay this time. I have stayed at Homewood Suites Anaheim-Resort two other times but they have really gone downhill. Day one, we had to request the kitchen sink be unclogged as it was full of dirty water. Day two we had to ask for a new tub/shower handle because it wouldn't turn anymore. The fold out couch was filthy, the mattress on the couch and trundle bed so thin you could feel the springs when you lay down. Water was shutoff to the entire hotel for 6 hours. The staff is very nice and they were prompt with fulfilling requests.

I went with my school for a competition and when we got in our room there was stains on the bed. When we went to the bathroom we realized that there was a big ball of hair and toilet paper in the toilet. The breakfast sucks and the milk broke so we had to eat dry cereal, the pancake maker was also on the other side of the hotel so I did not even know about it. I would not stay here again

My adult daughter and I have had the best experiences during our 3rd visit here. The suite with 2 queen beds was very clean n comfortable n the fr3e buffet breakfast is very good. There is hot coffee and tea n hot chocolate available all day n night. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

In a nutshell: safe, clean and well-maintained facilities, large suites stocked with kitchenettes and modern amenities, good hot breakfast, close to the Disney and free shuttle park, and a friendly courteous staff on all shifts. Every member from front desk, cleaning crews, and the morning kitchen and dining room staff worked tirelessly to keep things moving and I do appreciate every one of them that made our stay comfortable. The hotel/rooms for the family were a welcome respite after a hard days 'adventuring' to rest and prep for the next days activities over the week we spent here. The hotels pool, hot pool and arcade center were welcome breaks from having to walk or stand in line! I'm only disappointed the arcades only pinball machine was not functional as I was prepared to hand lessons in how to rock a game of pinball. All-in-all an excellent stay and choice for lodging when visiting Anaheim so I highly recommend this Hilton property. *NOTE: We booked this Homewood Suites after reading copious reviews for all the other area hotels and determining this one had the most consistent ratings. I don't give the single reviews much thought and it's a safer bet to listen to what the seasoned travelers have to comment on. Pass it on folks.
