Resort was very nice! They have so much to do there for all age groups. I went for a business conference and was very pleased with the hotel and conference center. The food at David's Club was fantastic.... Actually, I was impressed with the deli and the Eagles Nest food as well. The pools and activities located on site are very nice! I especially enjoyed the hot tub and the gym. I am definitely planning my next trip back there and Im bringing the whole family!

Wow. I'm so glad a family member recommended the Omni. We loved it. Plenty of space to visit with family, and wonderful staff! The pools were so fun and clean. The kids LOVED it and parents loved the helpf...ul staff delivering food and beverages.

My husband and I visited for our babymoon and were treated very well. It was nice to feel special and enjoy little treats like free dessert and money off breakfast. The lazy river and pools were great for ...relaxing. Get out there early on a beautiful day to secure your chairs at the adult pool! Just dont underestimate the sun.. I burnt quickly. Management gave us aloe on the house! These small kind gestures went a long way. Dine at Trevi’s and Broadway Deli, we weren’t impressed by Zen personally.. but the customer service everywhere was very good. Just be prepared for inflated resort pricing. We also enjoyed mini golf and pickleball, this resort is a great blend of family friendly with couples and business professionals. There was a lot to do on site no matter your reason to visit. We can’t wait to bring our little girl back with us

From checking in to checking out, our experience was wonderful. The resort is beautiful and well staffed. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We felt welcomed the first 20 minutes of our... arrival. We were greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies from our amazing housekeeper as we were unloading our luggage. The food and service staff was outstanding, as busy as the resort was, our food never took too long and was fresh and delicious. We are Disney annual pass holders and this resort is the perfect spot to escape to. Not a bad drive to Disney. Overall experience is a 10/10!

Booked a room months in advance for a conference I was attending. They gave away my room because they were overbooked. I was coming in on a redeye flight from the West Coast so I booked an extra night the ...day before my morning arrival so that I knew that when I got to the hotel, I would be able to go straight to my room and get some sleep before the conference started. Upon landing, I turned on my phone and I have a text message saying that unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, they are not going to be able to let me check in. I repeatedly told them that I had made the reservation months ago and the whole point of the extra night that I booked was so that I could get some rest from my redeye flight. The best that they offered was to put me up at a different hotel 25 minutes away, but the conference was on site at the resort so why would I want to stay a half an hour away. The resort itself is fine But what a terrible policy they have of giving away rooms. When I checked in, they told me that they were overbooked, and that was the reason so they gave away rooms that people who had not checked in yet. I even confirmed the day before the trip that I was still going to be able to Get my room even though I was arriving early in the morning the day after my check-in date and they confirmed that that was going to be fine so 24 hours later I get a surprise message that I no longer have a room and they gave it away. Pretty bad customer service if you ask me, especially if I’m part of a large over 1000 people conference this is one good way to not be hosting our group again in the future.
