They were spectacular! Maria Romero the restaurant Manager at crocs took great care of us and the bartender Shelby was hands down Amazing!! 10 out of 10 will recommend! They literally re opened the kitchen... for us ! Thalia came through for us in the end we literally was super sweet!

My sister and I always enjoy meeting at Omni Champions Gate for a few days of relaxation. Over the many years we have visited we have found the staff to be consistently welcoming and helpful. With a lazy r...iver, adult pool, multiple restaurants and a spa, we can completely relax on-site.

Wow… great facility. The thing I was most impressed with was the staff… they were exceptional. From valet to check in desk, great golf staff as was the food and bar servers. Our room was super clean and c...omfortable… all around a great experience!

The beds are comfy. The pool is nice. The food is good. The location is ok if you do not need to get anywhere quick. One of the escalators was broken during my stay in 2024 and again in 2025, there were... also some other items that lacked maintenance.

The reason I gave Omni a high score was because at the beautiful atmosphere, especially Fernado, at the front desk who sent to room 502 a cupcake and some chocolates for my birthday I really apricate that.... I also like how clean the lobby is and my room too. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast everything was so fresh. overall. I’m very satisfied with the Omni hotel.
