I enjoyed my stay at this hotel soooo muchh!! I would 100% recommend it and will definitely be back soon! The hotel itself was amazing, with a great variety of food, the hotel room 10/10 but what truly ma...de my experience exceptional was the staff. They were so welcoming and really made everything better. Special shoutout to Ernesto and Solangel at reception, both were incredibly friendly and kind. The city tour with Ernesto was fantastic; we would have enjoyed it even more if it hadn’t been for the rain. Solangel was also so helpful with customer service and restaurant bookings, an amazing person. As a 20 year old traveler, I also really appreciated the animation team. Every single one of them was super friendly and constantly working to make our days better with fun activities and games. I honestly missed them after 12 PM when their shift ended. Huge thanks to Alexander, Sara, Isa, Samir, Genesis and Scarlet—whatever you're paying them, double it!!!

From the first moment I got to the resort, all of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The resort instantly became a second home. There was one entertainer named Alexander who was absolutely ...amazing. He made my friends and I all feel so loved and appreciated to be at this amazing resort! I would highly recommend coming to this resort. There was also another worker named Sara. She is so kind. I couldn’t say enough good things.
