We traveled here in April and we had a great time. The food was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The entertainment staff specifically was fantastic. Will be back again. Thank you to al...l the staff but especially Isa, Monica, and Dawin.

Myself, my significant other, and a few friends visited this resort for 6 days. It was our first experience at an all inclusive and we were all impressed! The rooms were clean, and we upgraded which gave u...s lots of space and a balcony. The mattresses were not the comfiest unfortunately but we all still had a decent sleep. The only suggestion we had for the rooms was to include more storage space in the form of drawers! There was a very spacious closest and counter but this just wasn’t optimal for clothing storage. We all enjoyed the food a lot! Options include a buffet and 4 a la carte restaurants for meals. We all enjoyed the buffet food, options changed slightly each day but you could still get favourites so there was always something for everyone. The a la carte options were nice and provided a nice “outing”, my significant other and I were especially impressed with the Dominican restaurant, Sofrito. The beach buffet provided a nice snack between meals, and we visited the cafe each day. The pool is clean, and we saw the worker’s cleaning it each morning. There were activities throughout the day with the entertainment team. Most evenings there was a bit of a lull between dinner and the evening show. The employees were fun to interact with, and we would especially like to shout out Super Felix, who was always chatting with guests, asking how things were going, and providing an exceptional experience, thank you! Overall we enjoyed our experience, this is a smaller resort but it was perfect for our first trip and for a more personal experience. Pros: Clean Food Beach Snack bar Clean pool and grounds Cons: Storage space Uncomfortable mattress Solicitors (specifically for the resort, we were approached multiple times by a worker who recognized us trying to sell a day trip to another viva resort, despite us saying we were not interested the first day) Noise at night (earplugs worked great for us and it was not a bother)
