Love the staff here, Marie, Jen and Elisa at the guest services are fantastic. Sara (Cafe) and Ricardo (V Kitchen) always made sure our dining was comfortable. Animacion staff are always the most upbeat and energetic people including Kankan and Aladin.

Got here on monday..staying til saturday..room is nicely sized and ac on point..maids on point..fridge on point with beverages...I would have to say that the biggest disappointment is the food..there is only one restaurant open per day besides the buffet. When you go to reserve..they are full...leaving you with no alternative but the buffet. You can book ahead only for two days ahead. The other restaurants are so small that I believe 15 to 20 fill it...This is an all inclusive with limited food options. I would like to commend Luisa at the front desk for setting up food accommodations for 15 of us today .She was very helpful...the pool is great and the beach is phenomenal. Would I come back..I dont think I would....hotel not at full capacity....food at buffet wasn't that great either for dinner..bkfast was better.
