The accommodations where ok, there are simple things that we experienced which you would not see in a regular hotel like the Marriott. For instance the room had a smell of mold and there were a few things broken in the room. Generally the staff was great, however the food felt the same every day over a 5 day stay.

The facilities were clean and well kept the surroundings are beautiful. The staff are very accommodating. The food was good at the buffet and lunch snack bar. The Italian restaurant needs help as does the Japanese restaurant the Spanish restaurant was good and the Mexican restaurant was good,we just got really bad service on our night.. The premier lounge host. Cesar Lopez was fabulous. And Adelina in your services was awesome.

Noisiest place i have ever stayed. Loud music all day and all night long. You can hear it everywhere in every room. Unless you like listening to the pounding loud music 18 hours a day, stay away. I can not overstate how noisy this place is. The pounding is non stop. I have to assume any 5 star reviews are fake, or lots of deaf people stay here.

I think the hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our time here over the holidays. We especially loved our room as it was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We also had a balcony with a nice view of the pool and ocean. We loved it! The pool area was very lovely and also had an amazing view. Cesar Lopez in the premier lounge was very friendly and accommodating as were many of the other people that work in the hotel. The only negative experience was the facial I received in the spa. The person definitely was not a licensed professional and I essentially paid to have someone aggressively slather product over my face, including in my eyes. There was no steam or cleaning of pores, and the service was performed in a bright room with the sun beaming on my face. The experience was far from beneficial or relaxing and I regretted booking it. I don’t think the spa should be offering services that they don’t know how to properly execute because it detracts from the other experiences that were positive. I could have used the money spent on the facial to tip others in the hotel that deserved it more.

We have been loving our stay so far! Very chill yet fun atmosphere. Premium is worth it it’s so nice to be able to go in the lounge any time of day to get drinks, snacks and water bottles. Cesar in the premium bar lounge was very sweet and helpful! Great experience
