Great for families or couples looking to escape.. cell service/WiFi was bad at best so not for business

The resort is well taken care of and the grounds are beautiful. Our room on the 11th floor was beautiful with the most amazing view of the beach. The main bartender at the adults only bar on the 12th flo...or is a gem. The waiters in the buffet were wonderful. The grumpy looking lady in the ice cream place was really lovely. The food however, was terrible! This coupled with the other guests bypassing the serving utensils to reach in with their hands, could turn any stomach green.

Beautiful views and small swimmable beach with big waves so not so good for small children though. This was my main priority. Buffet was good enough and the Mexican restaurant was amazing. Lobby is gorgeou...s to enjoy a drink and the view. Sleep was hard for 5 people. We enjoyed our stay over all.

The staff is lovely and the resort itself is beautiful and a good value. (Very little english speaking staff which was a little surprising...but it is mexico afterall and they tried their best.) Unfortunat...ely we did have some struggles tho, as it is not set up well for wheel chair accessibility or special dietary needs. Also worth noting that although they say no reserving pool chairs, everyone does by setting towels on them...so just do it I guess? Otherwise theres nowhere to sit at pool. In spite of these difficulties, we did enjoy our stay untill our whole family came down with a bad stomach on our last days.?? kind of ruined the fun. Like I say nice people, beautiful place...but not for those with any special requirements I'd say.

Great staff …. Great food …. Great view! Great family memories to cherish in PV , Mexico ! This hotel is very HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!
