Great Resort, Clean Rooms, Great Staff, the food was Excellent not 1 bad meal, food gets a 10!!!!, staff get a 10, this property is walking distance to town, only downside, wish the pools were a little big...ger, we will be booking there again....

This was our second time to Dreams and it did not disappoint with the quality of the room condition to the food served in the different restaurants. All of the personnel were highly professional and carin...g from the concierges to the servers in the restaurants to the pool activity staff and to the bar tenders. For an older hotel, the grounds were well cared for and the hotel areas were very clean. Pools were spotless as well as the walkways. It's because of the staff that we returned a second time, and we are so glad that we did. We had a group of 14 friends who enjoyed the resort with us. We will return next year.

We were excited to celebrate our wedding here. It went beyond meeting our expectations, when you first walk in you are greets at the door with champagne. The staff is very attentive. We were grateful to ha...ve worked with our wedding planner Estivaliz she was very helpful and patient with us throughout the whole wedding planning process. Once there she made sure we were taken care of and that everything went smooth. Definitely plan to go back to celebrate our anniversary.

What a fantastic experience! We booked a 10 day / 9 night stay at the Dreams Vallarta “Preferred” wing. Service was excellent from the first moment we arrived. Staff was friendly & always helpful. Our butl...er Ricardo was great! Anything we needed, he made happen. Food was great in all the restaurants. I gave 4 of 5 stars due to having to sit thru a 2 hr sales pitch and having to deal with controlling water from the shower onto the bathroom floor every time someone showered. It was a minor annoyance. The all-inclusive aspect and poolside service for drinks was fantastic.

The customer service of the staff is very good. The sales to purchase into their program is annoying. I came for vacation not to have a car salesman tactic bugging me. The food is not great at the buffet b...ut the resturants are good. Overall OK to stay for an all inclusive. However, I will not stay here again.
