The dreams resort was very family friendly, our kids had a blast and so did we! The staff were very accommodating and so friendly. I would definitely suggest the upgrade to preferred. We had a wonderful butler on the preferred side that went above and beyond for all our needs and was always checking in on us in case we needed anything.

The resort is lovely and very clean, the accommodations are grand, the staff are plentiful and extremely polite and helpful, and our dinners were wonderful. We were assigned our own 'butler' who was available all day, every day, to help us in any way, and she was positively awesome. We're usually people who patronize 3.5-4 star establishments; this one is definitely 5 star! Things to know before you go: 1) Make a 'cheat sheet' for yourself of Mexican peso conversions to US dollars for various amounts. 2) If you like a skinny pillow, bring your own from home. 3) Don't expect ice cream to taste like Dairy Queen's. 4) Your cell phone may not work there. (Our service provider is US Cellular. I had called them in advance and changed to a different service plan that was supposed to make our phones work in Puerto Vallarta, but all we could get was internet through the resort's wi-fi. We ended up having to purchase AT&T sim cards just so we could reach each other when we were outside the resort grounds.)

Beautiful resort! We had a great time, the vibe was great at the pool, the entertainment at the pool was fun, drink service continuous and outside bar n grill tacos and food was great! Dreams entertainment dancers and costumes were amazing !

We went with friends and got rooms very close to each other. They really try to accommodate you to your wishes. Excellent food, nice view from room. Very welcoming since we are members At arrival let the desk know if you have a special celebration, they will spoil you ! Staff is great in all departments.

Amazing service from all the staff, particularly at the pool (Edgar, Chris, Eduardo). We rented a jr. king swim-out suite in the 1100 block and it was a beautiful room and a private pool only accessible by a few rooms was amazing. Loved not needing a towel card or wristband at this resort. Great restaurant and the buffet was delicious each day.
