Our stay and service was outstanding, we will definitely be back Our butler Eduardo took care of everything we asked of him quickly and with an smile in his face. During our stay we had access to Secrets side, that was perfect for my family since it's adults only. The crepes at secrets are very good and tasty. our favorite resturant was definitely Capers, food is good and the staff was very friendly and helpful with my allergies. thanks Eduardo again for an AMAZING experince, 5 STARS!!!

Great vacation, and exactly what was needed. Our personal butler Eduardo was the best! The resort was clean and not overcrowded. They were refinishing two of the pools but it wasn’t a big deal. Food was good. Poolside suite was fabulous and allowed for extra privacy. We’ll be back.

Roaches in my room. The restaurants were decent. The staff was awesome. The rooms were not as nice as I expected, especially the roaches. The entertainment was subpar. Most nights were boring at the resort If you just want to relax and sleep and read a book, it’s a good place other than that boring

My family had a great time at Dreams. We enjoyed how the service made our stay effortless and memorable. Our butler Eduardo was the best and even found my son’s lost glasses! Only complaint was that many of the restaurants were closed and we would have liked to try more of them

Stayed in the Preferred Club at Dreams. Great choice! Excellent room, fabulous amenities and super comfy beds! Our concierge Eduardo was on top of everything the entire 5 night stay!! He helped me book the Oasis oceanfront cabana and I cannot recommend this highly enough. We were there with family for my son’s wedding and it provided shade, private pool, attentive upscale bar service and great food. It was great for the kiddos and worth every penny. Just returned and already talking with my brother about a return family visit.
