Nice hotel, needs some upgrades around the pool and beach.

Very nice hotel. However, the pools and beach area need upgrading. The beach lounge chairs are outdated. The pools have algae and dirt caked into the surfaces. There are too many salespeople on the beach. The restaurants were very good. However their dress code is very strict! so be sure to bring the right clothes for evenings. Button shirt, nice dress shoes, long pans (even in the summer!). Ladies make sure you have nice dress sandals or heels and nice outfits. No tank tops, jeans or cutoff shorts are allowed. They will turn you away! There needs to be more entertainment. Live music by the pool, entertainment during happy hour, shows, games etc. The rooms were great though, housekeeping did a wonderful job every day and night (turndown service)

This resort did not disappoint. Food,drinks and accommodations were fabulous. Location of resort was perfect and close to everything. The one staff member that stood out to us was CESAR at the market Cafe for breakfast and lunch highly recommend sitting in his section!!!!!!
