Had a great time on the property! Great food choices and wonderful staff who helped in ensuring memorable experiences. Carlos was our assigned “butler” and he took wonderful care of us. He was able to get us hibachi reservations when we requested and went out of our way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Would highly recommend requesting for him if staying in the preferred tower. Dani was a fabulous entertainer. Enjoyed his charismatic energy to get participation from guests! Booked a spa treatment on the property which was fabulous. Although I did hear other guests who traveled to a massage place right outside the property and had a wonderful experience for a fraction of the cost. We were first-timers to the property. Booked through a travel agent. Weren’t expecting to be bombarded from the get-go of booking an appointment to join a hotel membership. That was a major con of this place. Just say no at the beginning so you don’t have to endure a two hour meeting. Get to the pool early if you expect to find seating. The chairs go fast. Pillows weren’t super comfortable and be prepared to be woken up by a lovely rooster each morning! Take a portion of the day and travel off the property. It’s a couple mile walk so we took a taxi to the pier and walked most of the way back to the hotel. It was super safe around town. Please remember to tip the staff. They go out of their way to provide the best hospitality to their guest and it shows by the cleanliness of the property.

We had low expectations We were amazed by the excellent 5 star service The rooms are great, the beach is clean and of course amazing sunset All restaurans are excellent good variety and great quality and flavour Our favorite the oceana, the food is excellent but the best is the excellent service from Nicolas and Mayra. Also, Alberto from the entertainment team was very nice and fun to meet Carlos from the preferred club was very friendly and helpful The entertainment at night is ok, Cannot think in anything bad to say about this anazing resort Well be coming back for sure!
