My parents just came home from a 8 day stay at Secrets Vallarta Bay. This was a wonderful experience. Special thanks to the following for their great service: Carlos Moranda (Butler), Adrian and Marnay and Cesar and Humberto from the buffet. The staff made this vacation memorable! Already making plans to go back.

We stayed at Secrets in Puerto Vallarta for the second time this year and were blown away by the entire experience. The resort offers stunning ocean views, beautiful gardens, and a prime location close to downtown Puerto Vallarta. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with a comfy bed and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The minibar was always stocked, and the room was a peaceful retreat. The all-inclusive dining was fantastic, with a variety of gourmet restaurants offering fresh seafood and international dishes. The buffet breakfast each morning was excellent, with fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order items. Humberto, Cesar, Christian, Emilio, just to name a few, always took such amazing care of us. The resort has great amenities, including multiple pools, a well-equipped gym, and daily activities like yoga and water aerobics. The beach is beautiful, and the on-site spa was perfect for a relaxing massage. Monica was amazing! The service was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. They all treat you like you’re family. Over our return trips we have been blessed to build a relationship with Carlos Miranda who has gone above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. If you’re looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive escape in Puerto Vallarta, Secrets Hyatt is a perfect choice. With beautiful accommodations, delicious food, and top-notch service, it’s an unforgettable experience.
