This is our second Christmas/New Years getaway to the Nuevo Vallarta Hard Rock. 2023 for 2.5 weeks and we enjoyed it so much we came back again in 2024 for 2.5 weeks. The hotel is excellent, the restaurants are excellent, the beach is also fantastic. All of the hotel staff are awesome and super friendly. A special shout out to Juan, the supervisor of The Market and Ipanema Brazilian restaurants. He and his staff Natalia, Eleanor, Oscar and Adrian are extremely friendly and make the overall dining experience fantastic, not to mention the wonderful food. We highly recommend this hotel. Excellent!!! Great service! I loved the experience I got here at hard rock. Excellent service couldn’t ask for more!!!!! Was very attentive of our needs and meet our standards! I would definitely come back to visit ! I wouldn’t ask for a better service!

Best experience ever!!! I had so much fun and there’s so much to do and the entertainment is phenomenal!! Always interacting with people with fun games. Definitely will come back! The bartenders were awesome, if you treat them right and give tips they will provide you with a great time!!
