We loved this hotel and our staying there. Rooms are great, food is delicious, beach is comfy and clean, the ocean is beautiful rain or shine, calm or stormy. Entertainment team is amazing, special thank you for that over energetic guy from the pools area, for Kevin and Georgia. We would like to say big thank you for The Market team: Stephany, Fre and , also Raffa, Owen, Alexandre. Also thank you for Zen and Ciao teams! Oscar from the beach is also great! Thank you for the whole team! I would suggest only one thing - more fruits during the lunch and dinner:) and also I like your iguanas a lot, hope you are taking good care of them:)

The Butler service provided for our presidential suite was outstanding. Francisco, Uri and Alex are all the best. The hard rock should be a very proud to have these guys represent their company. Too many children by the main pool. Children were in the sun bar running around every night until closing, jumping off of chairs and playing on the pool table where the adults could not even play. Management should address this problem and keep it to a 18 year old minimum. Our room was keep very clean daily. Food in all restaurants was very good. I would definitely recommend this resort.

We traveled in mid August 2024. We had not been to this Hard Rock before but to many other Hard Rocks. When we arrived, there was a fleet of cars lining the front yard....not a good look; however, we were greeted by a kind man and escorted in quickly. Our room has a view of the pool and ocean. The hallway is noisy at times with kids but that is to be expected at a family resort. Housekeeping is wonderful! Jorge was our fitness instructor and boy did he know his stuff! He has a degree in physical fitness and sports therapy. Water aerobics, yoga, you name it ..he does it all! We really enjoyed the Michael Jackson show and the performers were phenomenal! The selection of food at lunch in the Market was not as abundant as we are used to but the service was great. Zen is wonderful! Resort shows signs of needing some minor repairs and they are working on many of them. Would likely come back but there are other Hard Rocks that we believe are higher in our list due to our personal preferences.

Vacation planners at Hard Rock Hotel in Puert Vallarta were great!! Eleanor and Abraham were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful!! They helped us decide what to do and where to go and explained in detail what was available and had great suggestions.

We selected this hotel and beach for our 10 year Wedding Vow renewal ceremony. It was an amazing experience. All the staff at the hotel are friendly, kind, caring and always eager to please you and provide top notch service. Special thanks to our wedding coordinator Lorena and JJ Studios Photography and photographer Jocelyn. Our wedding renewal and family picture are beyond beautiful and stunning. We love ALL the pictures and can't thank you enough Jocelyn for capturing our special moments and family celebrating together on the beach in front of the hotel. We have memories to last a lifetime from this special day.
