Our honeymoon at Hard Rock was nothing short of incredible! From start to finish, it was a week full of fun, amazing energy, and unforgettable moments. A huge shoutout to Reed, Tamara, Kevin, and George...! These four made our stay truly special. Their enthusiasm and dedication were beyond impressive. No matter where we were—by the pool, at a show, or during a game—they were there, keeping the energy high and making sure everyone had a great time ALL DAY or afternoon to night time. They work *so* hard, especially Reed and Tamara, who were everywhere, all the time, making the experience unforgettable. They truly deserve all the recognition (and a raise!). Thank you for making our honeymoon one for the books! We can’t wait to come back.

Great dining experience. Food was amazing, we enjoyed the sushi, sashimi, and teppanyaki. We had children with us and they liked the kids box. The service was fantastic. Our wine glasses were never emp...ty. Thanks to Jazmin, Oscar, Manuel & Armando!

I love this hotel. It's beautiful and clean and the staff is fantastic. There is a swim up bar in the main pool and plenty of chairs on the deck. Fresh water all around the resort filled with ice. The beac...h is also very well cared for and amazing. You wont be disappointed.

This place was horrible to say the least, dirty rooms there was stains on my bed sheets, toilet was clogged when I got into my room. Service was awful. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this hotel. The hot...el staff was so disrespectful and got mad at me for calling to fix the problems in my room upon arrival. Worst hotel I have ever been to say the least. If I could go lower than 1 star I would.

La comida estuvo increíble. Amazing food! Service was awesome. Our waiter Casillas and his helper Cidney made our visit very enjoyable! We 100% recommend this place! We came here for our honeymoon and the...y surprised us with a dessert. Thank you!
