This hotel has amazing service, high standards when it comes to making sure all guests are happy and was amazing for our student/parent group that came to the hotel to celebrate their high school graduatio...n. A little bit of everything for everyone. Not the mention the best beach in Bavaro! Huge shout out to Ana Bonilla for making sure our group always had what we needed and accommodating all of our requests. She went above and beyond to make sure our group had the best experience possible while on the property!

I would give this resort an overall three star. Our room was fantastic and beautiful, large and spacious. However, the staff was rude overall at almost every single restaurant and encounter we had. Many ti...mes we would get to a table and there would not be any silverware, and we would always have to ask for water, silverware drinks, no one would come up to us with a smile or greet us it was always just a sour face

Very nice clean large resort. Had a great time there and would definitely go back again. Great rooms, phenomenal restaurants and plenty of things to do there! First resort I was ever at with their own casi...no and that was great!! You won’t be disappointed at all if you come here. Thanks again for the great experience!!!

We had a great stay. Food is decent, saw a lot of complaints but restaurants were solid. Steakhouse did have a hard time cooking our steaks right and Coral needs more seafood options but hole 19, Kyoto and... La Fuente were all very good. Buffets are buffets, can’t expect gourmet food there. Pools were nice and drinks flowed quickly, so hard to complain.
