The service here was amazing, from beginning to end, in every place we went we were met with the kindest staff, From Jeylha and Kimberly at the pool, Rosa from the Italian restaurant, Geidy, Francheska and...Veronica from the Bufffet who were all so kind and friendly, super charismatic and attentive. There are so many more people to name, This trip was a weekend meant to celebrate my fathers birthday and everything came out so beautifully and so much effort was put in to making every detail and conversation memorable, Thank you again

Just returned back from a group family vacation consisting of 6 adults and 2 kids (7 & 3). Beautiful resort, amazing pools, good restaurants, good buffet (potential of being great with some minor changes),... the beach is on the rocky side but the resort is working out kinks with new sand. Shout out to Eramy concierge on the preferred side, Eliza at the buffet, & Christopher at the pool VIP cabana’s for taking care of us through out the whole trip. There’s a bunch of other personnel from the resort that made the trip amazing, whose names I didn’t catch. The service is immaculate. Make sure to take care of those that take care of you, it goes a long way. Definitely planning on a return trip.

Dreams Cap Cana Resort and Spa was a great family trip. The place is fantastic. Natalie at the Italien Restaurant was an amazing waitress. She was super nice and so sweet. The rooms are beautiful and ve...ry modern. Love this place will for sure return.

The staff were amazing! Our butler Juan was the sweetest, most helpful, informative soul. He deserves a huge shoutout! Also, the staff at the steakhouse, shout out to Elvin and his crew. As well as Olga, ...and Mirian at the spa. 10/10 in service!

Customer Relations I’ve traveled to many all-inclusive resorts on various islands in my time and experienced various levels of customer service. Without a doubt, the support and attention Monika Hidalgo ga...ve my family and I before and during our time at Dreams Cap Cana was unsurpassed. We were a group of 23 family members celebrating my uncle’s 70th birthday. Groups of family members arrived and departed at various times over a five-day period, so there was a lot of planning involved. Between dinner reservations, special touches to his room in honor of his birthday, and helping a family member deal with hotel reservation issues resulting from a cancelled flight, Monika took care of everything. I am especially grateful to her because I was in charge of putting this whole vacation celebration together and her assistance throughout the entire process made everything run smoothly. It’s that level of customer service that made our time at Dreams Cap Cana even more memorable. Buffet Restaurant We were a group of 23 family members celebrating my uncle’s 70th birthday. Groups of family members arrived and departed at various times over a five-day period and the buffet team of Dreams Cap Cana was always ready to help us start our day with their warm and friendly attitudes and excellent customer service. I’d like to specifically thank buffet team members Veronica, Andrea Avila, Elisa Nieves, and Manulka for making us feel like VIPs throughout our five-day stay at Dreams Cap Cana. They made us feel like part of their family. Steakhouse Heriberto, Yuleidi, and Rodolfo were incredibly attentive to our family at the Steakhouse the night of my uncle's birthday dinner. They took care of everything and made sure everyone was happy. We are so grateful to them for making us feel so welcome. Dreams Cap Cana Spa An island vacation without a day at the spa is a crime. Thankfully, the Dreams Cap Cana spa team has you covered. I visited the resort a few days ago and signed up for a 50-minute massage with Olga. The massage she provided was the most relaxing I’ve ever felt. Not too soft, not too rough. I even fell asleep and woke up to my own snoring. During my time with Olga, she ensured I was comfortable and satisfied with every aspect of my experience. If you’re visiting this resort, make sure you stop by the spa and ask for Olga. You’ll be in great hands! Concierge Services I’d like to thank German Brown, part of the concierge express team at Dreams Cap Cana, for his warm and welcoming demeanor throughout our entire time at the resort. His positive attitude was contagious, and he always made us feel at home. It was a pleasure seeing him every day during our time there. Front Desk The check-in and check-out process can be the most exhausting part of a vacation, but thanks to Dreams Cap Cana front desk team members Briander and Luis Mercedes, we were in and out faster than I’d ever experienced. They were careful to ensure our reservations were correct since we had reserved our stay for a group of 23 family members celebrating my uncle’s 70th birthday when the resort was Margaritaville. Briander and Luis made sure we all had the necessary information to navigate the resort and greeted us with smiles every time we saw them. They also made check-out hassle-free and accommodated last-minute requests without a problem. My deepest thanks to the Dreams Cap Cana staff.
