The staff are half warm and cold, with majority not speaking english which can be discouraging. The beach is good especially for sunrise. The transport system around the place is average with more emphasis given to privilege members, given the size it can be improved.Outside your hotel services are poor with alot of restrictions to their sister hotels within the same establishment which isnt entirely advantageous since it would be a good way to taste and know whether to upgrsde. The beddings are poor and have to be improved.

It was the most beautiful experience, we love the smile of all person who attended us it’s contagious and wonderful,, they are very kind and knowledgeable about what they do, always willing to respond and resolve any concerns. They treated us as family, always asking if we needed something..definitely were are going back soon

From start to end our stay was excellent. This was my first trip to the Dominican Republic and Bahia principe hotel. The room was fresh and clean on arrival, the service from the guest services, the entertainment team, the bar team, waiting staff in all the restaurants and the housekeepers was nothing short of excellent. So friendly and welcoming, Oblenny, Louis, Walter, and the rest of the team always made a special effort to go and greet every one when they started in the morning. The bar server Juan is phenomenal, his energy and enthusiasm was brilliant, he had us laughing from when he started every morning. We participated in a couple of activities whilst there. We had an amazing time Scuba diving with Frank, he was great, patient and a great teacher. The Spa was relaxing and just what we needed on day 3.. The atmosphere was so friendly and pools in Aquamarine were pristine and cleaned/scrubbed daily. I will say a huge well done to the groundsman, the gardens, grass and palms looked like something from a postcard. Just immaculately clean and tidy. I made a conscious effort to learn some basic Spanish before our holiday and I think that was appreciated by all. In fact everything was so fabulous we are going to book again for next year. I arrived today September 12 from Toronto , Canada. The front desk told my wife that they would send a technician to fix the AC, and I am still waiting for the technician. When I made the reservation, I was supposed to get a room with a garden view, all I saw from my room, which is the laundry from the hotel next door. I pay a lot of money for this hotel and so far I'm disappointed, the room smells a moldy

Excellent place. Minor feedback. Need drinks in lobby and ice cream at the pool side. Bed is kind of hard. Overall a great experience. The bartenders, entertainers and service guys make the difference. At the pool Romedes, Gabriel, Walter, and Yudania were amazing.
