We recently stayed in the Unique Room category at the Lopeson Costa Bavaro resort. It is a beautiful resort located only 20 minutes from the airport with beautiful lobby, lush gardens and very nice pools. ... We upgraded our room to Unique Room category which added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. Our butler, Jimmy Sosa, made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. He is very responsible and professional. He responded to our questions or inquiries very quickly. He made all our restaurant reservations, gave us information on all hotel amenities, and was able to promptly resolve any issues we had. He approached us regularly to ask if we needed any assistance and made sure all our needs were met. The beach unique bar and restaurant are fantastic. Service at the unique bar and restaurant was outstanding. Especially, service provided by Angelita, Elien Ubiera, Luis Jimenez, Dario Acosta, Kelvin Reyes, and Manuel Jimenez was exceptional. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for luxurious getaway filled with incredible food, drinks, and breathtaking scenery. We will definitely go back to this resort. Sonia Purewal

We had a great holiday at the Lopesan Costa Bavaro. A particular highlight was the entertainment team - Gregory, Kerry, Big Mama, Chocolate and Pinky who made our stay with the pool side entertainment and ...games. Will definitely be returning.

Oliver De La Cruz was awesome! Took care of all reservations and even handled getting our clothes laundered. Very nice and very helpful! He helped us navigate through this huge resort. Very beautiful an...d very big. Took us awhile and don’t think we saw everything really. Missed the foam party if they had one.

Staff is great with Kids very kind and playful. They are very focused on kids being safe and also engage with them with playful activities. The place is spaceful and cozzy also has night activities to enjo...y. In a future if im back i will surely use their sevices.

This resort was more like a dream. It’s own magical island. The people here are SO BEYOND Attentive! Caring! Helpful ! Friendly ! My butler Oliver De la Cruz was the best !! He checked up on me ! Made sur...e there wasn’t anything I needed. It was so nice and relaxing knowing I had a butler as a part of the Unique experience. He was the best ! And I will be comming back and doing Unique just for the extra piece of mind. Especially since I came here on vacation Alone. The room was beyond spacious and beautiful. The swim up pool was a dream! I was so nervous n skeptical comming to a resort alone ! But boy was that all in my head. This place is the first n next place I want to go and come back to! I’m leaving now and all I want to do is come back and check right back in. I choose this resort bc of its large property. I wanted somewhere I could walk around in and feel like I’m in another world. A beautiful magical tropical world. Every part of the resort was magnificent. I don’t speak any Spanish and the staff was so patient and understanding. I know more Spanish now then before I got here ! This place is a family resort and I really was hoping for just adults but never once did I run into a handful of kids. I chose this resort also for the MANY adults only sections. And I even ended up spending a good part of my pool time at the big pool where the kids were but there was absolutely no problems trying to enjoy my time by myself. Wonderful. I’m grateful for the people who made reviews on YouTube to help better make my decision and see the lay of the land. But you really have to expirence it in person first hand. Absolutely incredible. Thank you so so so much lopesan for having me and letting me come here solo because a handful of other adults only resorts would NOT allow me to come as a single occupancy reservation. I’m comming back !!! This place is so nice to walk around in the day and at night with all the lights. And palm trees. N fountains I can’t shut up and press submit review bc I’m never gunna be done talking about this amazing expirence ! But for now n muchas gracias !
