The staff was amazing! They were always engaged with the guest when playing beach games and teaching us how to dance. Great place to travel. Bauialni the staff member is extremely sweet. Gia was so sweet and engaging. Charlie, Diego and Shain were such a delight and gentleman,

I had a wonderful time at the Olympic Games! The hosts were anmazing and I loved the music entertainment, my friends and I had a blast. We especially appreciated Gio, Pau, Charlie, Diego, Shamed and Elias! You’ve hired a great team and I would recommend this place to my friends!

We went here for our honeymoon through TUI. The hotel hasn't got the best curb appeal the other hotels we dropped off guests at, but it was amazing. The entrance is still beautiful. You walk over a wooden bridge to get to the pool/beach area, which is all in immaculate condition. The rooms are huge with a beautiful bathroom and balcony. The maids come twice a day and provide you with fresh towels for the pool/beach, they also refill the fridge in the room. All the restaurants are amazing, full of friendly staff and delicious food. You won't go hungry or thirsty. Quetzabel (might have spelled it wrong) was so lovely at La Palapa restaurant, she was always so welcoming, telling us about what's going on, asking us about our plans for the day. There's so many people to name who were so friendly and helpful. The animation team were Amazing! There's around 11 activities a day ranging from pool bingo, volleyball, aqua gym, trivia then each night has a theme with dancers, karaoke, games. They just don't stop and are so happy. Charlie, Diego, Elias, Georgina & Paulina were all so amazing. Everyone at this hotel just made our honeymoon perfect, it's one of the smaller hotels around but it means it's more personalized and you don't have to fight for sun loungers. We absolutely loved our stay, and can't recommend this hotel enough.

Shamed, Elias, Charlie and Diego I liked the entertainment stuff and their originated activities, they are all very positive and very concern about our needs. I love the beach plus Toscana restaurant was our favourite plus our front desk stuff how helpful they all are in the times of need. I wish to come back to this resort again. ???????? Shamed, elias, diego, charly was a great entertainer very nice and was very helpful. They were so fun and kept so much energy with the people staying at the hotel! The drinks were very good, the beach was so pretty and was very safe! Great music during the day and night!
