We went for our anniversary 12/6-12/11 and I’d say if you’re thinking about booking, definitely do it. The weather was very nice, humid, but nice and warm. We got a room with our own pool and it was beautiful. The staff there for sure were the nicest people, especially at the Rendezous lobby bar (Clever, Enrique, Carmen, and Rosa are the best). The food is a hit or miss but Oceana, the French restaurant, and Seaside Grill are the top restaurants for sure. Also wish the restaurants and bars stayed open longer because closing at 11/12 when you want the night to keep going is disappointing but overall I’d say we had a great experience and would love to visit sometime soon again :)

The hospitality in this place was AMAZING. I was solo traveling for a wedding and I was SO well taken care of. Johan, who came to offer door side drinks was actually one of the best in the biz. As a day to day restaurant manager, true hospitality speaks volumes. I cannot wait to stay again. Johan, si pudes ver esto, GRACIAS!

We went for our 31st anniversary, and our 5th time at the resort. It Never Disappoints! We LOVE the location, the restaurants, the rooms, the grounds, and the staff!! The bartenders at the front lobby bar are 2nd to none, Clever and Enrique were awesome! The Bordeaux restaurant is the BEST and top notch! Abraham the Manager, Antonio the Chef, and Edwardo the waiter there, went out of their way to make us happy, and ROCKED it!! The pool wait staff is fantastic and very hospitable! All of the restaurants have amazing food! The best omelet maker in the world is at The World Cafe, her name is Josephina. She is always smiling and ready for your order. The rooms are beautiful, and the maid staff are second to none. Seriously, you wouldn't be disappointed if you used your vacation time at this resort! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

We had the best experience with Dreams Riviera Cancun! The whole staff is amazing and made sure our stay was unforgettable. Food was excellent. The beach was kept clean and there was no seaweed. We were traveling with our dog and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and accommodated us during our stay. They were flexible with our situation and checked up on us all day. We would like to send out a special thank you to Aaron from preferred and Fernando from concierge , as they were the ones that made it all happen. Both were great from the start and helped us make our dinner and room arrangements! Aaron made sure we were always comfortable and content with our stay. Also, Humberto from restaurants and Alvaro from beach/ pool were lovely people that became our friends! If you ever make your way into the buffet, look out for Jose as will always make sure your plate is full and with lots of good food! Overall, this resort has an amazing staff that treats you with a huge amount of love.

In all honesty, The resort was OK. The food was mediocre. BUT We had the most memorable experiences around the pool. We had a nice experience with the pool concierge, especially Jesus, Freddy, and Alvaro!!!! Every day, they continuously checked to make sure we had everything we needed by the pool and in our rooms. We came in December, and they had one of their pools heated, so that was definitely a plus! And from the entertainment centre with Giovanna and Usiel were the best and so much fun for our girls. And the pool servers Romeo and Israel were always on top of our drinks and absolute pleasures to speak to!
