One of a kind hotel, a truly unique and beautiful place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Many food options to choose from. The parks are all fun, and that three of them are on property within minut...es makes it extremely easy to have a flexible schedule during our stay.

We had a WONDERFUL time on our family vacation to celebrate my mom’s retirement. Carlos at the Octupus pool made it extra special for us by presenting my mom with a floating gift basket while we were enjoy...ing the pool. We will DEFINITELY be back. We couldn’t not believe the views, the attention to detail, and the service. 10 recommend.

Outstanding on every level! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property, the warmth of the staff, and the overall experience. The grounds are absolutely stunning—lush, trop...ical, and impeccably maintained. The property is massive, and each day we discovered something new, whether it was a hidden pool, a quiet beach cove, or a scenic walking path. There is so much to do that it never felt crowded—river that you can float on, multiple pools, a game room, and more. The wildlife was a highlight for our kids; spotting monkeys and iguanas around the resort added an extra layer of magic to the trip. The food was exceptional. There are multiple restaurants to choose from, each offering something unique. The Michelin-starred Ha’ is a must for a fine dining experience, but we also loved the more casual options, like the taco cart—simple, authentic, and delicious. The staff were kind, attentive, and always went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. We truly can’t wait to go back!

The butler's were very attentive to our needs and polite the whole stay. They introduced themselves with every shift change and made sure every request was honored promptly. They really helped make our sta...y perfect at this beautiful resort. We plan to be back.

Saul provides an excellent service and the culinary experience was amazing! Day 1 is off to a great start and may have to come back again before we leave Xcaret. A must try and ask for Saul!!!!! Defini...tely try the guacamole…..delicious. Saul gave great recommendations and drinks that were superb. Can’t say enough about this place
