Excellent services, friendly and interactive staff, beautiful and luxurious room with an amazing view, comfortable linens and beddings, breakfast buffet is delightful and delicious, enjoyed swimming at the... roof top pool, with a serene environment.

Hotel Xcaret Mexico was great! We traveled to the resort for our wedding with 40 guests. Unfortunately, my parents were put in a room under the gym in the Fuego building so they did not enjoy the trip as m...uch but many of our guests did. We stayed for a full week but changed our room 2 times. We needed the junior suite for the bridesmaids to get ready in but didn’t want it for the entire stay. If you have a lot of people (maybe families) i guess it would be nice but it wasn’t anything i would insist on needing. The butlers (Erendira, Betty and Andres) were so awesome. I got emotional when we checked in because we had been planning for so long and i was so excited but next thing you know the butlers start tearing up. It was so sweet that they so genuinely cared about us and how special that week was. There was a few things here and there that they forgot or didn’t bring to the room when we asked but it wasn’t a huge deal. They were so sweet and checked in with us often. The maids cleaned the room perfectly every day even though we had wedding stuff everywhere every single time. We felt bad. They even organized my make up brushes i left out by accident. There was a few staff members in the Mercado that made us very uncomfortable on the first night and were very rude but everyone else was a dream.

Had a great time and well explained services by Paola Borjas. We had an issue with our reservation but quickly resolved by Paola. We are exited to come again in the future. I was impressed by the clean fee...ling all around and very exited to spend time here.

The hotel was very nice and clean, had friendly staff and beds were comfortable. We liked that it was located right on the beach. Several restaurants to choose from that had good food were adjacent to th...e hotel. We also liked that it wasn't in the hectic Myrtle Beach area, but it was a short drive away.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional.... It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
