Paola Borjas from concierge was THE best!! She answered all our checkout questions. She helped us figure out luggage, transportation, and left great checkout recommendations/advice. She was very helpful and had nothing less than a smile on her face.

This was an incredible vacation at Xcaret Mexico. We were picked up at the airport by the shuttle bus and got to wait in an A/C lobby with snacks. We stayed 4 days in the Fuego adults only building. Our room had a river view with a beautiful waterfall right outside our balcony. We were greated by our concierge with wine and cheese plate that were perfect after a long trip. Our room was spacious, had all the things you'd need from tooth brushes, to combs, to slippers and it felt like home. The food in all the hotel restaurants was very delicious. The Mercado de la Merced had an amazing buffet with local options we had never tried. Our favorite dinner was at the Xin-Gao, we loved the tempura, all of their seafood was fresh and smooth, the ramen is a must and their cocktails were tasty as well. Make time for a dinner reservation at the Teatro. We had a 5 course dinner and a live show. We only got 4 of the parks done we will need to return to finish the rest. You need a day for each of them. Make sure you take closed toe water shoes and be prepared for alot of walking because I sure wasn't. Take a change of clothes as they have lockers, showers, and changing rooms. Our room had snacks that we took with us in the tote bag they provided. We spent one day at the resort enjoying the pools and floating down the lazy river. Our concierge were very helpful they continously checked in with us. We are big water drinkers and they regularly brought us water and helped us with anything we asked. Alejandro, Katya, and Andres helped make our stay more enjoyable. We gave them our flight information and they scheudle our bus ride back to the airport and got our bags picked up at our room in time for our check out. We got to hang out and had one last lunch before heading back. This resort is completely worth it and we will be back.

3rd time back to Hotel Xcaret and we already want to plan our next visit. Everything about the resort is truly amazing. The food, the suites, the staff, and the beautiful scenery all around the resort sets this place apart from any other resort I’ve seen. Our butlers Alejandro, Katya, and Andres were awesome! So attentive and helped make our vacation a great one. Pro tip for anyone booking… stay in the Fuego building! Adults only, exclusive pools & restaurant. It’s a must!

The roundtrip airport transportation is golden and customer service by staff is excellent. Will definitely plan to return again and experience the hospitality once again with more time to enjoy the different amenities. Our concierge Paola Borjas was very helpful in our check-in process. Gricel Aguilar in concierge for our check-out and airport transportation was excellent. Janitzio in the front desk helped tremendously with our check-out process. Food at La Trajinera and Los Cuevas was AMAZING! Overall a wonderful experience. The ability to exchange our US dollars and change in pesos was a huge plus. No need to leave the hotel for any other reason. Thank you!

The resort is breath taking. The staff is so very friendly. The butlers, Alejandro Barrera, Katya Silva, Andres Alvarez were very, very helpful 10/10. Food & drinks were delicious. Make sure you order room service. Can’t wait to plan my next stay.
