Great fun at this resort. Great beach, restaurants, landscaping, staff. Everything was as wonderful as we had hoped. There was an issue with our room having a missing item, but it was 30USD value so was...n't a huge deal. We did a cenote excursion which I loved. Pool bars and beach galore with buffets in all the right places. The rooms inside can use some work to be updated. Ours had bathtub draining issues and an outdated toilet. The worst for me was the AC didn't keep up very well, not getting below 22.5 for a Canadian like me with a sunburn... Not ideal. And no extra fan.
