One of the best resorts I have ever visited. Everything was more than me and my wife could have asked for. One of the biggest reasons for me wanting to come back is the staff. Everyone I had an interaction... with was amazing to talk to. Staff from Mikes cafes Paula, karina Samantha made my mornings so delightful with great conversations and amazing coffees. Loved spending time at piano bar. Gustavo and Alberto made hookahs so good I ended up having them every night. Highly recommend!!

Best part of our stay was our beautiful room, private pool, and Ariz our butler. She made our whole trip extremely special! She planned everything for us, planned out meals with wonderful suggestions! I wi...ll miss Ariz the most from our trip!

Amazing entertainment, children loved it Would definitely recommend. Different shows every day of the week so will definitely find somthing you like. So amazing for hotel to have shows like this. Would... definitely come back. ??????????????

I spent a really good time with my friends and family at the teen club. The best staff member is Gregorio he plays many games and interacts with us this was the best trip ever. Also the food is soo good ...I will be full for the rest of the next 2 weeks!!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Every single member of my family has been sick, my 20 month old son has hand foot and mouth and on closer review of this hotel, this has been going on for around 8 years. Similar... reviews and reports of the same thing happening to other children. This is the most worrying and awful part of the resort but there are far more issues. The resort has all the gear but the staff have no idea. The vast majority of them are rude and unaccommodating. Trying to raise concerns with guest services are futile as they just fob you off and don't fix any of the issues. I can't believe TUI continue to use them. Definitely not a 4 star and absolutely would not return. The food is monotonous in the buffet and the a la cartes are mediocre. This is my third time visiting Mexico and this resort has left an awful taste in my mouth.
