We enjoyed ourselves so much as we always do coming here. It is very peaceful and quiet at the El Baso pool. Service is always so quick and the people here are so nice. Carlos as usual our butler he is the... best, he always makes sure our needs are always answered. Very polite and professional checks on us multiple times daily and goes above and beyond.

the staff are great, especially at the pool bar! my favorites are gustavo, eduardo, alejandro, antonio, the workers around the pool too, justin, fernanda, and gabrielle! they were always very kind, funny, ...and energetic!!

We brought our kids and were very excited to be on vacation. We had a rough time getting there because our airplane broke down. We ended up not being able to get a new flight until 3 days later. We contact...ed the hotel (which was very difficult) and were told that they would hold our room. Then when we finally got there ready to vacation we were told sorry you can only stay 2 of the 5 nights you paid for because you were late! I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t just shift our dates! I felt like I was in the twilight zone. They had plenty of availability they just said sorry nope. We had crying kids and I even cried while talking to the lady in charge. She just looked me in the face and said not going to help you sorry. We will never go back.
