Guillermo was an excellent chef & he was very entertaining. The food was delicious , everything was cooked to perfection. He cleaned his utensils very well before & afternoon use. There was a little wait t...ime but its to be expected because the resort was fill to capacity

The Zen Tappenaki Restaurant was top notch! Hugo was very entertaining and the food was excellent!!! Sitting near the window overlooking part of the resort and the ocean definitely enhanced the experience!... I wished we weren’t leaving so soon as I would have booked this one again. Hugo was fabulous!!

We had a great time during our vacation last week . Our butlers Abril and Carisa were awesome ! They were very responsive and helped make our stay memorable . We enjoyed the water park , nightly shows and ...activities . Would recommend for families

We stayed for a long weekend. Upgraded to Diamond Club. Highly recommend. Our butlers Enrique and Iván were wonderful. Resort was beautiful, room was nice. Loved the hot tub on the balcony. Great beach. If... you are gluten free the options during the day were very limited, but happy with dinners. Our favorite was Zen Tempannyaki. Overall great stay!
